بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

'Ajwah jannat ka phal hai, madinah ke balayi hissah ki 'ajwah tiryaaq (yane zehar ka asar door karne waali) hai, jo shaksh tasalsul ke sath subh sawerey balayi madinah ki saat 'adad (7) 'ajwah khataa hai, usey zehar aur jaadu nuqsaan nahi pohnchaa sakta, yeh hukm mutlaq 'ajwah khajoor ke barey mein nahi hai, balke yeh khaas madinah ke balayi hissah ke 'ajwah ke barey mein hai.

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (Razi Allahu Anhu) bayaan karte hain ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaaya:
الْعَجْوَةُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ، وَفِيهَا شِفَاءٌ مِنَ السُّمِّ​
'Ajwah jannat ki khajoor hai, is mein zehar ke liye shifa hai."
(Sunan Tirmizi: 2066, Wa Sanaduhu Hasan)

Imam Tirmizi Rahimahullah ne is hadees ko "Hasan Sahih Ghareeb" kaha hai.

Sayyiduna Sad bin Abi Waqqas (Razi Allahu Anhu) bayaan karte hain ke unhon ne Rasoolullah ﷺ ko farmaatey huwe suna:
مَنْ تَصَبَّحَ سَبْعَ تَمَرَاتٍ عَجْوَةً لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ سُمٌّ وَلَا سِحْرٌ​
"Jo aadmi har roz subh sawerey saat 'ajwah khajooren kha ley, usey us din zehar aur jaadu nuqsaan na dey sake ga."
(Sahih Bukhari: 5769)

Sahih Muslim ke alfaaz hain:
مَنْ أَكَلَ سَبْعَ تَمَرَاتٍ مِمَّا بَيْنَ لَابَتَيْهَا حِينَ يُصْبِحُ لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ سُمٌّ حَتَّى يُمْسِيَ​
"Jisne subh sawerey madinah ke do siyah pahaadon ke darmiyaani 'ilaqah ki saat ('ajwah) khajooren khaayen, shaam tak usey zehar nuqsaan nahi pohnchaaye ga."
(Sahih Muslim: 2047)

Sayyidah 'Aishah (Razi Allahu Anha) bayaan karti hain ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaaya:
إِنَّ فِي عَجْوَةِ الْعَالِيَةِ شِفَاءً أَوْ إِنَّهَا تِرْيَاقٌ أَوَّلَ الْبُكْرَةِ​
"(Madinah e munawwarah ke) balayi hissah ki 'ajwah khajoor mein shifaa hai ya subh ke waqt inka istemaal shifaa ka baa'is hai."
(Sahih Muslim: 2048)

'Ajwah khajoor khane se zehar asar nahi karta, iska yeh matlab hargis nahi ke koi jaan bojh kar zehar peena shuru kar dey, kiyun ke zehar haraam hai, is ke khane peene ki ijaazat nahi, Ahadees ka matlab yeh hai ke jo 'alas subh (yane subhe saadiq) saat adad 'ajwah khajooren, jo madinah ke balayi 'ilaaqah ki hon, khata hai, tou usey zehar nuqaaan nahi pohnchata, ke agar koi zehreela jaanwar das ley ya koi usey qatl karne ke liye zehar pilaa ya khilaa dey, tou wo zehar us par asar nahi karega, in ahadees se yeh ma'ni kasheed karna ke 'ajwah khajoor khaney waala jaan bojh kar zehar bhi pi ley, tou usey nuqsaan nahi pohnchtaa, durust nahi, kiyunke zehar peene ki qata'an ijazat nahi.

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (Razi Allahu Anhu) bayaan karte hain:
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الدَّوَاءِ الْخَبِيثِ يَعْنِي السُّمَّ​
"Rasoolullah ﷺ ne haraam dawa yane zehar se mana' farmaaya."
(Sunan Tirmizi: 2045, Wa Sanaduhu Hasan)

Agar koi jaan bojh kar zehar pee leyta hai aur uski maut waaqi' ho jaati hai, tou yeh khudkushi hai.

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (Razi Allahu Anhu) bayaan karte hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaaya:
مَنْ تَحَسَّى سُمًّا فَقَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ، فَسُمُّهُ فِي يَدِهِ يَتَحَسَّاهُ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدًا مُخَلَّدًا فِيهَا أَبَدًا​
"Jisne zehar pee kar khudkushi ki, tou (roz e qayamat) zehar uske hath mein hoga aur wo jahannam mein ek lambi muddat tak zehar peeta rahega."
(Sahih Bukhari: 5778, Sahih Muslim: 109)

Tambeeh:
Sayyiduna Khalid bin Waleed (Razi Allahu Anhu) se zehar peena saabit nahi.

Abu Safar Rahimahullah aur Abu Burdah bin Abi Musa Rahimaullah bayaan karte hain:
لَمَّا قَدِمَ خَالِدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ إِلَى الْحِيرَةِ نَزَلَ عَلَى بَنِي الْمَرَازِبَةِ، قَالَ؛ فَأُتِيَ بِالسُّمِّ فَأَخَذَهُ فَجَعَلَهُ فِي رَاحَتِهِ، وَقَالَ؛ «بِسْمِ اللَّهِ»، فَاقْتَحَمَهُ، فَلَمْ يَضُرَّهُ بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا​
"Jab Sayyiduna Khalid bin Waleed (Razi Allahu Anhu) maqaam e hirah ki taraf gaye, tou qabilah e banu maraazibah ke haan qayaam kiya, Aap (Razi Allahu Anhu) ke paas zehar laaya gaya, Aap ne usey pakdaa, hatehli par rakah aur "بسم الله" padh kar nigal gaye, Allah ke hukm se is zehar ne Khalid bin Waleed (Razi Allahu Anhu) ko koi nuqsaan nahi pohnchaya."

Riwayat za'eef hai, Abi Safar aur Abu Burdah dono ka Sayyiduna Khalid bin Waleed (Razi Allahu Anhu) se samaa' nahi.

Is tarha ki riwayat Qais bin Abi Haazim Rahimahullah se bhi marwi hai.

Jis riwayat mein zehar peene ka zikr hai, wo za'eef hai, is mein Sufiyaan bin 'Uyaina aur Ismail bin Abi Khalid ka an-an hai, samaa' ki tasreeh nahi mili, Bila-shubah yeh sanad Sahih Bukhari mein mazkoor hai, magar wahaan zehar peene ke alfaaz zikr nahi huwe, usool yeh hai ke Bukhari wa Muslim ke ilaawah mudallis ke wahi alfaaz motabar hon ge, jahan samaa' ki tasreeh hogi.

B'az mulhideen musalmaano se yeh mutalibah karte hain ke agar Islam ka fulaa hukm sachcha hai, tou zehar piyo, agar zehar ne asar na kiya, tou hukm e sharayi sahih hai aur zehar asar andaaz huwa, tou Islam jhoota hai, "نعوذ بالله" haqqaaniyat e Islam ka pata lagaaney ke liye zehar peena ka mutalibah karna jayiz nahi, kiyunke Islam mein jaan bojh kar zehar peena haraam hai, haqqaaniyat e Islam ko maloom karne ke do tariqe ho sakte hain: (1) Dalaayil wa Baraheen (2) Mubaahalah
