بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم
TAUBA KI QUBULIYAT KE LIYE KYA SHARAAYT HAIN?
Transliteration by : Bint e Iqbal

Allah Ta'ala ki chahat aur raza us ka woh qanoon hai jis ke mutabiq amal kar ke hi insaan ki tauba qubool hoti hai. Tauba ki qabuliat ke liye mundarja zail (following) sharait hain :
1. Agar ittifaqan gunah ho jaye to fauran Allah Ta'ala ko yaad kare der na lagaye aur yeh samjhe ke uske siwa koi nahi hai jo maaf kare. Jaan boojh kar gunah par ada (jama) na rahe .

Allah Ta'ala farmata hai :
"Aur mut-taqi woh log hain ke jab woh behayai ka koi kaam ya apni jaano par koi zulm kar baithte hain to ( fauran ) Allah ko yaad karte hain aur ( usse ) apne gunaaho ki maafi mangte hain aur Allah ke ilawa gunaaho ko maaf kar bhi kaun sakta hai aur woh jaan boojh kar kisi burey kam par ad (jam) nahin jate. "
(Al-Imran : 135)

2. Agar nadani se gunah kar baithe to fauran tauba kare, der na kare. maut ke waqt tauba karna bekar hai .

Allah taala farmata hai :
"Allah Ta'ala sirf unhi logon ki tauba qubool farmata hai jo nadani se koi bura kaam kar baithte hain aur phir bohat jald tauba kar lete hain, Allah Ta'ala aise hi logon ki tauba qubool farmata hai aur woh bade ilm wala, badi hikmat wala hai ."
"Allah aise logon ki tauba qubool nahi farmata jo ( musalsal ) bure kaam karte rahte hain yahan tak ke jab un mein se kisi ko maut aane lagti hai to kahta hai (Ai Allah) mein ab ( un bure kamon se ) tauba karta hun aur Allah un logon ki tauba qubool nahi farmata jo kufr ki haalat mein mar rahe hote hain, un ( sab ) logon ke liye Allah ne dard naak azaab tayyar kar rakha hai."
(An-Nisa: 17, 18)

3. Tauba karne ke baad nek amal kare aur us gunah ko phir na kare .

Allah taala farmata hai :
"Aur jo shakhs tauba kare aur nek amal kare to woh goya Allah ki taraf yun rujoo karta hai jaisa ke rujoo karne ka haq hai ."
( Al -furqan: 71 )

Allah Ta'ala farmata hai :
"Magar woh gunahgaar jo gunah kare phir ( us ) gunah ke baad uske badle neki kare to yaqeenan mein bohat bakhshne wala behad meharban hun."
(An-Naml-11)

4. Khulus e niyat se tauba kare .

Allah Ta'ala farmata hai :
"Ai imaan walo, Allah se khalis dil se tauba karo, qareeb hai ke tumhara Rab tumhari buraiyon ko door kar de aur tum ko aisi jannaton mein daakhil kare jinke neeche nahrein bah rahi hain ."

(At-Tahreem: 8)

5.Gunah kitney hi ho gaye hon tab bhi Allah Ta'ala se na-umeed na ho Allah Ta'ala se sachey dil se tauba kare. Allah Ta'ala tauba qubool farmayega .

Allah Ta'ala farmata hai :
"Kaho Ai mere woh Bando jinhon ne apni jaano par zayad-ti ki hai Allah ki rehmat se mayoos na hona yaqeenan Allah saare gunah maaf farma dega yaqeenan woh bohat bakhshne wala nihayat rahem karne wala hai ."
(Al- Zumar : 53)

Hadees:
Abu Said Al-Khudri RaziAllahu anhu se riwayat hai ke Rasool'Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :”Bani Israel mein 1 shakhs tha jis ne 99 khoon na-haq kiye they phir woh (nadim ho kar ) masla poochne nikla. Woh ek darwesh(monk) ke paas aaya aur usse poocha kya is gunah se tauba qubool hone ki koi soorat hai?
Darwesh ne jawab diya ke "Nahin ".
Yeh sun kar usne us darwesh ko bhi qatal kar diya ( aur 100 khoon pooore kar diye ) phir woh ( doosron se ) poochne laga. Aakhir is ko ek darwesh ne bataya ke falan bastii mein chala ja ( woh adhe raste bhi nahi pahuncha tha ke ) uski mout waqey ho gayi. Martey martey usne apna seena us bastii ki taraf jhuka diya( jaha usne ummid ki thi ke uski tauba qubul ho jayegi).Aakhir rehmat ke firshton aur azaab ke firshton mein bahum jhagda hua( ke kaun usey le jaye Rahmat ke farishte kahte hain ke uski rooh ko ham le jayenge kyunki ye tauba ka pukhta irada rakhta tha, azaab ke farishte kahte hain ke uski rooh ko ham le jayenge kyunki ye sakht gunahgar tha ) lekin Allah Ta'ala ne us Nasra naami bastii ko ( jahan woh tauba ke liye ja raha tha ) hukum diya ke uski mayyat ke qareeb ho jaye aur doosri bastii ko ( jahan se woh nikla tha ) hukum diya ke uski mayyat se door ho ja. Phir Allah Ta'ala ne firshton se farmaya ke ab dono ka faasla dekho aur ( jab naapa to ) us bastii ko ( jahan woh tauba ke liye ja raha tha ) ek balisht mayyat se nazdeek paaya is liye woh bakhsh diya gaya.
