Sawal: Hamare Mulk me ye tareekha raayej hai ke khaumi tarane ki ta'zeem me Tamaam log khade Ho jate hai kya ye qiyam Namaz ke Qiyaam ki Tarah hai aur kya ye durust hai?? Isi Tarah Class room Mein Teacher, professor, lecturer Waghairah Ke Aati Hi Apni Jagah Par Khadhe Hojana Kaisa hai??

Jawab:
Namaz wala qiyam ek shar'ai Ibadat hai Jo sirf Allah ta'ala ke liye hota hai. Allah paak ke elawa Kisi dusre Aadmi, Aurat ya Kisi TARAANE wo Naghme ki ta'zeem ke liye bhi apni jagah khada hona jayez Nahi. Irshad Baari Ta'ala hai:

((حَافِظُوا عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ وَالصَّلَاةِ الْوُسْطَى وَقُومُوا لِلَّـهِ قَانِتِينَ [2-البقرة:238].))
"Namazo ki hifazat Karo aur darmiyani Namaz ki aur Allah ke liye khamoosh Ho Kar khade Ho jau." ( AL BAQRA: 238)

Maloom hua Qiyaam sirf Allah Ta'ala ke liye Karna chahiye, Allah ke elawa Kisi ke liye Qiyaam Karna durust Nahi, Jo is cheez ko Pasand karte hai ke log unn ke liye khade Ho, unn ke liye Rasoolullah Sallellahu Alahi wasalam Ne Dozakh ki wayeed sunayi hai. Khwah wo Ustaad Ho ya Murshad, chaudhri Ho ya waderah, Sadar Ho ya wazeere Aazam ya Kisi bhi shobah haaye Zindagi se Ta'luq rakhne wala Afsar Ho, uss ne Apna tikhana jahannam me Bana liya hai. Syedna Ameere Muawiya Razi Allahu Anhu se marwi hai ke Nabi Kareem Sallellahu Alahi wasalam ne farmaya:
((من احب ان يمثل له الرجال قياما فليتبوا مقعده من النار .))
"Jis Aadmi ko ye baat Pasand Ho ke log uss ke liye khade Hon, wo Apna Tikhana Jahannam Mein banale."
(Sunan Abu Dawud : 5229, SunanTirmizi: 2755)

Abu Mijlaz Rahimaullah farmate hai:
((ان معاوية دخل بيتا فيه ابن عامر وابن الزبير رضي الله عنهما فقام ابن عامر وجلس ابن الزبير فقال له معاوية اجلس فاني سمعت رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم: من سره ان يتمثل له العباد قياما فليتبوا مقعده بيتا في النار.))
"Sayyiduna Ameere Muawiya Raziallahu Anhu Ek ghar me daakhil hue, us gher me Ibne Aamer aur Ibne Zubair RaziAllahu Anhuma they toh Ibne Aamer Raziallahu Anhu khade ho Gaye aur Ibne Zubair Raziallahu Anhu baithe rahe, Ibne Aamer Raziallahu Anhu ko Ameere Maawiya Raziallahu Anhu ne farmaya: "Baith jao! bilashuba Maine Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alahi wasalam ko farmate hue suna hai ke Jis ko ye baat Pasand Ho ke bande uss ke liye Mutee' (Ba adab) hokar khade kiye Jayein, wo Apna ghar Aag Mein banale."

Imam baghwi Rahimaullah ne Is ki Sanad ko HASAN Kaha hai.

Sayyiduna Ameere Muawiya Raziallahu Anhu se Yun bhi marwi hai ke Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alahi wasalam ne farmaya:
((من احب ان يتمثل له بنو آدم قياما وجبت له النار.))
"Jo Aadmi is baat ko Pasand kare ke Aulade Aadam uss ke liye qiyaam ki Surat me Mutee' Ho Jaye uss ke liye Aag wajib hai."

Sahaba kraam Raziallahu Anhum ko Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alahi wassalam se bahut zyada Muhabbat thi lekin itni shadeed Muhabbat ke bawajood wo Aap Sallallahu Alahi wassalam ke liye khade nahi hote they, Is liye ke Nabi Sallallahu Alahi wassalam is baat ko Pasand nahi farmate the:
((ان انس قال : لم يكن شخص احب إليهم من رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : وكانوا إذا راوه لم يقوموا لما يعلمون من كراهيته لذلك.))
"Anas Raziallahu Anhu se marwi hai ke sahaba kraam Raziallahu Anhum ko Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alahi wassalam se zyada koi shakhs mahboob Nahi thaa aur jab wo Aap Sallellahu Alahi wassalam ko Dekh lete toh khade Nahi hote they kyunke wo jaante they ke Aap Sallallahu Alahi wassalam is qiyaam ko bura samajhte hai."
(Sunan Tirmizi :2754, Sharah Al Sunnah: 12, 294)
Is Hadees ko Imam Tirmizi, Imam baghwi Rahimaullah ne Saheeh qaraar diya hai.

Is Saheeh hadees se maloom hua ke jab Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alahi wassalam jaisi paakbaaz, A'laa wo Arfa' hasti ke liye qiyaam jayez nahi toh phir Aap Sallallahu Alahi wassalam ke elawa kaun aisa ho sakta hai jis ke liye qiyaam kiya jaye.?
Lehaza kisi school master, judge, wakeel, professor, director, Sadar, wazeere Aazam, wazeere Aa'laa, fauji, Afsar, general wo karnal, siasat daan, deeni wo siyasi rehnuma ke ehteram Mein ya kisi glookar waghaira ke taraane wo naghme ya gaane per khade hona shara'an durust Nahi balke Jo log is qiyaam ko pasand karte hai wo iss duniya hi Mein Apne liye jahannum khareed rahe hai.

Baaz log qiyaam ke jawaaz ke liye ye hadees paish karte hai ke sayyiduna Sa'ad bin Mu'az Raziallahu Anhu ke aane per Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alahi wassalam ne Ansaar se farmaya:
((قوموا الی سیدکم.))
"Apne sardaar ki taraf utho."
( Sahih Bukhari:4121)

Is hadees ke muta'liq kehte hai ke maloom hua ke kisi ki taa'zeem ki khatir khada hona jayez hai, halanke ye baat bilkul ghalat hai. Is ki paheli wajah toh ye hai ke Aap Sallallahu Alahi wassalam ne sahaba kraam Raziallahu Anhum se ye nahi farmaya tha:
((قوموا السیدکم.))
"Apne sardaar ki khatir uthoo". Balke yun farmaya tha ke
((قوموا الی سیدکم.))
"Apne sardaar ki taraf uthke jau." In dono me bahut farkh hai.

Iski dusri wajah ye hai ke junge khandaq me Sayyiduna Sa'ad Raziallahu Anhu zakhmi Ho gaye the. Ek khuraishi hibban bin khais ne inke baazu ki rag me teer maara tha jis se wo shadeed zakhmi ho gaye the. Toh Nabi Kareem Sallellahu Alahi wassalam ne inki khabar geeri karne ke liye masjid me qaima lagwa diya, jab Aap Sallallahu Alahi wassalam khandaq se wapas aaye toh aakar aslaha utara aur ghusul kiya, Aap Sallallahu Alahi wassalam ke paas jibreel Ameen tashreef laaye unhone kaha: "Aap Sallellahu Alahi wassalam ne aslaha utaar diya hai. Allah ki qasam! Maine toh abhi Aslaha nahi utara, inki taraf nikle." Nabi Kareem Sallellahu Alahi wassalam ne pocha: "Kaha?" Toh Jibrail Alaihisalam ne banu quraiza ki taraf ishara kiya. Qissa mukhtasar ye hai ke Aap Sallallahu Alahi wassalam ne banu quraiza Ka muhasara kiya kyunke unhone muaheda (agreement) todh Kar kuffar ki madad ki thi. Jab wo muhasare se tangh aagaye toh unhone ne qilo se nikal kar apne aap ko musalmano ke supurdh karna iss Shart per manzor kiya ke Sa'ad Raziallahu Anhu jo hukum karenge wo hame manzor hai.

Sayyiduna Abu Sa'eed khudri Raziallahu Anhu bayan karte hai ke Sa'ad Raziallahu Anhu ko paighaam bheja toh wo ghade per sawaar hokar aaye, jab Sa'ad Raziallahu Anhu masjid ke khareeb aaye to Aap Sallallahu Alahi wassalam ne Ansaar se farmaya: "Apne sardaar (ya bahtreen Aadmi) ki taraf utho."
(Sahih Bukhari:4121, 4122).

Sayyadah Ayesha Raziallahu Anha ki hadees me hai ke Aap Sallellahu Alahi wassalam ne farmaya:
((قوموا الي سيدكم فانزلوه.))
"Apne sardaar ki taraf utho aur unhe utaaro."
(Masnad e Ahmed: 6/142)
Hafiz Ibn Hajar Raziallahu Anhu ne is per sukoot ikhtiyar Kiya hai, Jo in ke nazdeek Saheeh ya Hasan hai.

Yahi baat Zafar Ahmed thaanwi devbandi ne qawaid fee uloom-ul-hadees Mein zikr ki hai. Is hadees se sarahatan maloom hua ke Sa'ad Raziallahu Anhu mareez the aur ghade (Donkey) per sawaar hokar aaye the. Aap Sallallahu Alahi wassalam ne inhe jab dekha ke wo masjid ke qareeb aachuke hai toh Aap Sallallahu Alahi wassalam ne Ansaar ko inhe ghade se utaarne ke liye hukum diya tha na ke apni jagah khade hone ka. Elawa azeen Aap Sallallahu Alahi wassalam Sa'ad bin Mu'az Raziallahu Anhu ki ta'zeem ke liye qiyaam Ka hukum de bhi kaise sakte hai? Jab ke Aap Sallallahu Alahi wassalam apne liye Ta'zeemi qiyaam bhi makrooh samajhte the. Jaisa ke Tirmizi ki hadees Mein upar zikr Ho chuka hai.
