Sms aur Tableegh-e-Deen

Allah ﷻ aur us ke Rasool ﷺ par jhoot baandhna kabeerah gunaah aur azeem jurm hai. Deen ke mutalliq jab bhi koyi baat karen, woh thos (pukhta) aur tehqeeq par mabni honi chaahiye.
Rasoolullah ﷺ ka irshaad giraami hai:
كَفَى بِالْمَرْءِ كَذِبًا أَنْ يُحَدِّثَ بِكُلِّ مَا سَمِعََ​
Tarjumah: Aadmi ko jhoota hone ke liye itna hi kaafi hai ke woh har suni hui baat bayan karne lage.
(Muqaddamah Sahih Muslim: 5, Taba’ Daar-us-Salam, Wa-Sanaduhu Sahih)

Allah ﷻ par jhoot baandhna bhi azeem jurm hai. Is ki saza bhi sun len:
وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ تَرَى الَّذِينَ كَذَبُوا عَلَى اللَّهِ وُجُوهُهُمْ مُسْوَدَّةٌ​
Tarjumah: Aur jin logon ne Allah par jhoot baandha hoga, qiyamat ke roz Aap dekhenge ke un ke chehre siyaah honge.
(Surah Az-Zumar, Surah No: 39 Ayat No: 60)

Agar koyi musalmaan kisi Hadees ke Sahih ya Za’eef hone ka farq nahi kar sakta to use chaahiye ke baghair tehqeeq ke koyi Hadees bayan na kare jab tak ahl e fann se us ka haal ma’loom na kar le taaki hazm (hoshyaari) aur ehtiyaat ka daaman chhootne na paaye. Yaad rahe ke tableegh sirf aur sirf Sahih Ahadees ko aage pahunchane ka naam hai. Kuch log tableegh ke josh mein jo mile usey bayan karne ko duniya aur aakhirat ki sa’adat aur kamyaabi khayaal karte hain. Yeh un ki khaam khayaali hai.
Imam Ibn-e-Hibban Rahimahullah ki ek Tabweeb yun hai:
ذِكْرُ رَحْمَةِ اللَّهِ جَلَّ وَعَلَا ، مَنْ بَلَّغَ أُمَّةَ الْمُصْطَفَى صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَدِيثًا صَحِيحًا عَنْهُ​
Tarjumah: Is baat ka bayan ke Rasool-e-Akram ﷺ ka jo ummati Aap ki ek Sahih Hadees aage pahunchaata hai, us par Allah ﷻ rehmat farmaata hai.
(Sahih Ibn-e-Hibban: 1/270)

Imam-e-Mausoof (ya’ni Imam Ibn-e-Hibban Rahimahullah) ne is par daleel ke taur par yeh farmaan-e-Nabwi pesh kiya hai:
رَحِمَ اللَّهُ امْرَأً سَمِعَ مِنِّي حَدِيثًا فَحَفِظَهُ حَتَّى يُبَلِّغَهُ غَيْرَهُ​
Tarjumah: Allah ﷻ us shakhs par rahem farmaaye jo meri ek Hadees sunta hai, phir use yaad karta hai yahan tak ke kisi aur tak pahuncha deta hai.
(Sahih Ibn-e-Hibban: 67, Wa-Sanaduhu Sahih)

Is ke bawjood kuch log khud saakhta riwayaat ke sms karte rehte hain, yeh yaqeen aur bharosa dilaane ke liye ke yeh Hadees-e-Rasool hai. Is ki sangeeni mulahza farmaayen. Rasoolullah ﷺ ki taraf jhoot mansoob karna haraam hai.
Nabi-e-Akram ﷺ ne farmaaya:
إِنَّ كَذِبًا عَلَيَّ لَيْسَ كَكَذِبٍ عَلَى أَحَدٍ، مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا، فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ​
Tarjumah: Meri taraf jhoot mansoob karna kisi aam shakhs ki taraf jhoot mansoob karne jaisa gunaah nahi, balki jis shakhs ne meri taraf jaante boojhte jhoot mansoob kiya, woh apna thikana jahannam samjhe.
(Ziyadaat-ul-Fazail Li-Abdillah bin Ahmad: 90, Musnad Al-Bazzar: 1275, Musnad Abi Ya’la: 966, Mushkil-ul-Aasaar Lit-Tahawi: 350, Wa-Sanaduhu Sahih)
Imam Daraqutni Rahimahullah ne is Hadees ko “Sahih” qaraar diya hai.
(Al-Ilal: 4/420)

Ek Hadees ke alfaaz yeh hain:
إِنَّ الَّذِي يَكْذِبُ عَلَيَّ يُبْنَى لَهُ بَيْتٌ فِي النَّارِ​
Tarjumah: Yeh baat yaqeeni hai ke jo shakhs meri taraf jhooti baat mansoob karta hai, us ke liye jahannam mein ghar bana diya jaata hai.
(Musnad Ahmad: 2/144, Wa-Sanaduhu Sahih)

Sayyiduna Wasilah bin Athqa’ Radhiallahu Anhu bayan karte hain ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaaya:
إِنَّ مِنْ أَعْظَمِ الْفِرَى أَنْ يَدَّعِيَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ، أَوْ يُرِيَ عَيْنَهُ مَا لَمْ تَرَ، أَوْ يَقُولَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا لَمْ يَقُلْ​
Tarjumah: Yaqeenan sab se bada jhoot yeh hai ke aadmi apne baap ke alawah kisi aur ki taraf mansoob ho ya woh kisi cheez ko dekhne ka jhoota dawa kare ya woh Allah ke Rasool ﷺ se aisi baat mansoob kare jo Aap ne na farmaayi ho.
(Sahih-ul-Bukhari: 3509)

Mutawaatir Hadees mein bhi is baat ki shadeed wa’eed aayi hai. Farmaan-e-Nabwi hai:
وَمَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ​
Tarjumah: Jo shakhs mujh par jaante boojhte jhoot baandhta hai, woh apna thikaana jahannam bana le.
(Sahih-ul-Bukhari: 110, Sahih Muslim: 3)

Shaikh-ul-Islam Ibn-e-Taimiyah Rahimahullah (661-728 Hijri) farmaate hain:
وَكَذَلِكَ مِمَّا حَرَّمَهُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى أَنْ يَقُولَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى اللَّهِ مَا لَا يَعْلَمُ مِثْلَ أَنْ يَرْوِيَ عَنْ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ أَحَادِيثَ يَجْزِمُ بِهَا وَهُوَ لَا يَعْلَمُ صِحَّتَهَا​
Tarjumah: Isi tarah Allah ﷻ ke haraam kardah kaamon mein se ek yeh bhi hai ke aadmi Allah ﷻ ke baare mein woh baat kahe jis ka use ilm na ho, masalan woh Allah ﷻ aur us ke Rasool ﷺ ki baatein bil-jazm bayan kare halaanki woh un ki sihat ke baare mein na jaanta ho.

Shaikh-ul-Islam saani Allama Ibn-ul-Qayyim Rahimahullah (691-751 Hijri) farmaate hain:
وَهَكَذَا لَا يَسُوغُ أَنْ يَقُولَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - لِمَا لَا يَعْلَمُ صِحَّتَهُ وَلَا ثِقَةَ رُوَاتِهِ بَلْ إِذَا رَأَى أَيَّ حَدِيثٍ كَانَ فِي أَيِّ كِتَابٍ، يَقُولُ: لِقَوْلِهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَوْ لَنَا قَوْلُهُ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَهَذَا خَطَرٌ عَظِيمٌ ، وَشَهَادَةٌ عَلَى الرَّسُولِ بِمَا لَا يَعْلَمُ الشَّاهِدُ​
Tarjumah: Isi tarah kisi Hadees ki sihat aur us ke raawiyon ki siqaahat jaane baghair yeh kehna jaaiz nahi ke Allah ke Rasool ne yun farmaaya. hota yeh hai jab kisi kitaab se koyi Hadees padh li jaati hai to aadmi kehne lagta hai ke (mera yeh mazhab) Rasoolullah ke is farmaan ki wajah se hai ya hamaari daleel Rasoolullah ka yeh farmaan hai. yeh bahut bada khatra hai aur Rasoolullah ke baare mein aisi gawaahi hai jis ke baare mein gawah ko ilm nahi hota.

Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab Radhiallahu Anhu aur Tehqeeq-e-Hadees:
Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ash’ari Radhiallahu Anhu ne Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattaab Radhiallahu Anhu se teen martaba andar aane ki ijazat talab ki, ijazat nahi mili, ho sakta hai ke Sayyiduna Umar Radhiallahu Anhu mashghool hon. Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ash’ari Radhiallahu Anhu waapas laut aaye. Sayyiduna Umar Radhiallahu Anhu faarigh huwe to farmaane lage: Kya Abu Musa Ash’ari ki aawaaz nahi suni? Un ko andar aane ki ijazat do. Kaha gaya ke woh to waapas laut gaye hain. Aap ne unhein bulaaya. Unhon ne kaha: Hamein is cheez ka hukm diya gaya hai (ke teen baar ijazat na mile to laut jaao). Sayyiduna Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ne farmaaya: Tum is baat par gawaah laao. Sayyiduna Abu Musa Radhiallahu Anhu Ansaar ki ek majlis mein tashreef le gaye aur un se poocha. Unhon ne kaha: Aap ke is mauqif par hum mein se kamsin gawaahi de sakta hai. Sayyiduna Abu Sa’eed Khudri Radhiallahu Anhu ko laaya gaya (aur unhon ne gawaahi di). Sayyiduna Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ne farmaaya: Yeh farmaan-e-Rasool ﷺ mujh par makhfi raha. Tijaarti zindagi ki mashghooliyat ke baa’is main is Hadees se waaqif nahi ho saka.
(Sahih-ul-Bukhari: 2062, Sahih Muslim: 2153)

Sahih Muslim ki ek riwayat (2154) mein hai:
إِنَّمَا سَمِعْتُ شَيْئًا، فَأَحْبَبْتُ أَنْ أَتَثَبَّتَ​
Tarjumah: Main ne ek baat suni to chaaha ke us ki tehqeeq karun.

Yeh Sayyiduna Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ka Hadees ke hawaale se ehtiyaat ka haal tha. Jo muballigheen aur waa’izeen mimbar par baith kar be-sanad aur be-saro-paa riwayaat bayan karte rehte hain, un ke liye da’wat-e-fikr hai.
Hafiz Suyuti Rahimahullah likhte hain:
أَن من أقدم على رِوَايَة الْأَحَادِيث الْبَاطِلَة يسْتَحق الضَّرْب بالسياط ويهدد بِمَا هُوَ أَكثر من ذَلِك ويزجر ويهجر وَلَا يسلم عَلَيْهِ ويغتاب فِي الله ويستعدى عَلَيْهِ عِنْد الْحَاكِم وَيحكم عَلَيْهِ بِالْمَنْعِ من رِوَايَة ذَلِك وَيشْهد عَلَيْهِ​
Tarjumah: Jo shakhs jhooti riwayaat bayan karne ka iqdaam karta hai woh is qaabil ho jaata hai ke use kode maare jaayen, is se bhi sakht saza se use dhamkaaya jaaye, use daanta jaaye aur us ka boycott kiya jaaye, us ko salaam na kaha jaaye, Allah ki raza ki khaatir us ki buraayi se doosron ko aagah kiya jaaye, use haakim-e-waqt ke paas le jaaya jaaye aur haakim use jhooti riwayaat bayan karne se mana kare aur us par gawaah qaayim kare.

Imam Yahya bin Sa’eed Al-Qattan Rahimahullah farmaate hain:
الْإِسْنَادُ مِنْ الدِّينِ​
Tarjumah: Sanad deen ka hissah hai.
(At-Tamheed Li-Ibn-e-Abdil Barr: 1/57, Wa-Sanaduhu Hasan)

Imam Sho’bah Rahimahullah farmaate hain:
إِنَّمَا يُعْلَمُ صِحَّةُ الْحَدِيثِ بِصِحَّةِ الْإِسْنَادِ​
Tarjumah: Hadees ki sihat us ki sanad ki sihat se ma’loom hoti hai.
(At-Tamheed Li-Ibn-e-Abdil Barr: 1/57, Wa-Sanaduhu Hasan)

Sanad hi woh me’yaar hai jis se ilm ki tanqeeh (safaayi, tehqeeq) ka kaam liya jaa sakta hai. Sanad hi Islam ki shaan-o-shaukat hai aur Ahl-e-Hadees ki karamat hai.
Hamaara apna mailaan yeh hai ke sms ke zariye Aayaat-e-Qurani aur Ahadees-e-Nabawiyyah bhejna itna mustahsan (achcha) aqdaam (qadam) nahi kiunki us se rozaana hazaaron ki ta’dad mein Rasoolullah ﷺ ki taraf jhooti baatein mansoob ho jaati hain. Ahl-e-Bid’at us se ghalat faida uthaate hain, lihaaza yeh darwaaza band hona chaahiye.
Agar aisa karna zaroor hi ho to is mein ehtiyaat ke tamaam pehluwon ko apne saamne rakha jaaye, masalan aap ko aisa sms mile to tehqeeq kiye baghair tasleem na karen. Is se pehle ke aap use aage pahunchaayen, us sms karne waale se us ke suboot aur sanad ka mutaalibah karen.
