Muharram Mein Shaadi Karne Ka Hukm

Logon mein yeh baat mash-hoor ho gayi hai ki Muharram ke mahine mein shadi karna jaayez nahi hai balki yeh khayaal kiya jaata hai ki is mahine ki shadi be-barkati aur museebat o pareshani ka sabab hai.
Chunki is mahine mein Hazrat Hussain Radhiallahu Anhu ki shahadat hue is wajah se un ki shahadat ka maatam aur barsi manayi jaati hai aur maatam ki haalat mein khushi ka izhaar karna sahih nahi hai. Yahi wajah hai ki musalmanon ke aik khaas tabqe mein Muharram mein nikah na karne ka tasawwur paaya jaata hai. Hum yahan dekhte hain ke Islam mein kisi shahadat ya maut par maatam ki shar’ee haisiyat kya hai? Is sawal ka jawab jaan lene se Muharram mein shadi karne ki shar’ee haisiyat ka ilm ho jayega.

Koi bhi insaan aisa nahi hai jis ko maut nahi aayegi. Har shakhs ko maut ka maza chakhna hai (means har shakhs ko maut aani hi hai). Adam Alaihissalam se le kar aaj tak yeh kaaynaat (universe) zindagi aur maut ka nazara dekh rahi hai. Saal ka koi aisa din nahi hoga jis din kisi ki maut nahi aayi ho. Agar kisi ki wafaat par maatam karna jaayez hota to saal bhar maatam ka maahol hota. Insaan kabhi khushi ka muh nahi dekh paata .

Mohammad bin Sireen Rahimahullah se riwayat hai woh kehte hain ki:

تُوُفِّيَ ابْنٌ لِأُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا فَلَمَّا كَانَ الْيَوْمُ الثَّالِثُ دَعَتْ بِصُفْرَةٍ فَتَمَسَّحَتْ بِهِ وَقَالَتْ نُهِينَا أَنْ نُحِدَّ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ثَلَاثٍ إِلَّا بِزَوْجٍ
Tarjumah: Umme Atiyyah Radhiallahu Anha ke aik bete ka inteqaal ho gaya. Inteqaal ke teesre din unhon ne Sufrah Khalooq (aik qism ki zard khusbhoo) mangwaai aur usey apne badan par lagaya aur farmaya ke khawind (means shauhar) ke siwa kisi doosre par teen din se ziyadah soog karne se hamein mana kiya gaya hai.
(Sahih Bukhari: 1279)

Bukhari Shareef ki is riwayat mein soog ka zikr hai ke kisi ka koi rishtedaar wafaat paa jaye to teen din soog manaye us se ziyadah nahi.

Yeh soog (mourning) bhi wafaat ke waqt hi manana hai, har saal manana bidat kehlayega. Is Hadees mein yeh bhi zikr hai ke Sahabiya Umme Atiyyah Radhiallahu Anha, jin ka beta inteqaal huwa tha, wafaat ke teesre din khusbhoo istemaal karti hain taaki log bhi jaan len ki ab soog (mourning) khatm ho gaya. Agar kisi ka rishtedaar (relative) Muharram ke mahine mein wafaat paa jaaye to Muharram mein sirf teen (3) din soog (mourning) manaye aur baqi din koi soog (mourning) nahi.

Soog aur maatam o Nauha dono mein farq hai soog teen (3) din aam rishtedaar par aur chaar (4) mahina dus (10) din biwi par manana jaayez hai jabki maatam o Nauha kisi bhi waqt jaayez nahi hai chahe maut hue ho ya shahadat.

Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas’ood Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:

لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ ضَرَبَ الْخُدُودَ، وَشَقَّ الْجُيُوبَ، وَدَعَا بِدَعْوَى الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ
Tarjumah: Jo shakhs (kisi mayyit par) apne rukhsaar peete, girebaan phaade aur jahiliyyat ke daur ki si batein kare woh hum mein se nahi hai.
(Sahih Bukhari: 1297 and 1258)

Hazrat Hussain Radhiallahu Anhu ki shahadat aaj se hazar saal (thousand years) se bhi pehle 61 Hijri mein hue. Is shahadat ka har saal gham manana bidat hai.

Jaisa ki main ne upar zikr kiya ke saal ka koi aisa din nahi ke us mein kisi ki wafaat na hue ho. Yahan din ka zikr karna mushkil hai, mahine ke hisaab se kuch buland maqam shakhsiyyat ki wafaat aur shahadat ka zikr karta hun.
Muharram ul Haraam: Aik Muharram ko Hazrat Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ki shahadat hue.
Safar: Is mahine mein Hasan bin Ali Radhiallahu Anhuma ka inteqaal hua aur Bi’r e Ma’oona (بِئْرِ مَعُونَةَ) par kai sahaba ki shahadat hue.
Rabi’ul Awwal: Is mahine mein Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki wafaat, Hazrat Mu’aadh bin Jabal Radhiallahu Anhu aur Umm ul Mo’mineen Zainab Bint e Jahash Radhiallahu Anha ka inteqaal huwa.
Rabi’ul Aakhir: Is mahine mein Abdul Qadir Jeelani ki wafaat hue (isi mahine mein un ka Urs manaya jaata hai jo ki soog ke opposite amal hai), Umar Farooq Radhiallahu Anhu ke zamaane mein Iraniyon ke khilaaf taqreeban tees hazar (30 thousands) musalmanon ki shahadat hue.
Jumad al-Awwal: Hazrat Abu Bakr Radhiallahu Anhu ka inteqaal huwa, Hazrat Suraqa bin Amr aur Hazrat Ubadah bin Qais Radhiallahu Anhum ki shahadat hue.
Jumad al-Aakhir: Fatima Radhiallahu Anha aur Khalid bin Waleed Radhiallahu Anhu ki wafaat hue.
Rajab: Hazrat Mu’aawiya Radhiallahu Anhu, Sa’ad bin Ubadah Radhiallahu Anhu, Usaid bin Hudhair Radhiallahu Anhu aur Zaid bin Sabit Radhiallahu Anhu ki wafaat hue.
Sha’baan: Umm ul Mo’mineen Hazrat Aisha Radhiallahu Anha aur Bint e Rasool Hazrat Umme Kulsum Radhiallahu Anha ka inteqaal huwa.
Ramadhan: 21 Ramadhan ko Hazrat Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ki shahadat hue.
Shawwal: Shaheedon ke sardaar Hazrat Hamza Radhiallahu Anhu ki shahadat hue.
Zul-Qa’dah: Aik riwayat ke mutabiq Zouja e Rasool (Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki biwi) Hazrat Zainab Bint e Khuzaima Radhiallahu Anha ka inteqaal is mahine mein huwa. Isi mahine mein mash-hoor Taba’ee Maslmah bin Mukhallad ka inteqaal huwa.
Zul-Hijjah: Hazrat Sa’ad bin Mu’aadh Radhiallahu Anhu ki wafaat aur Hazrat Uthman Radhiallahu Anhu ki shahadat hue.

Upar zikr kiye gaye mahinon mein wafaat ki list se pata chalta hai ki agar wafaat ya shahadat par gham manana jaayez keh diya jaaye to shaadi to door ki baat hai insaan kabhi khushi ka muh bhi nahi dekh payega. Sahih Hadees se saabit hai ke Islam mein khushi ke izhaar ke liye do din har saal Eid ke taur par mutayyan hain. Juma’ bhi Eid ke dino mein se hai jo har hafta aaya karta hai. In Eid ke dino mein bhi bade bade logon ki wafaat aur shahadat hue hai to kya Eid ke din bhi khushi chor ke gham manaya jaaye aur agar isay har saal mutayyan kar lete hain to tareekh e Islam (Islamic History) se Eid ka tasawwur hi mit jayega.

Allah ne hamein jo Deen diya hai us mein aitedaal aur tawazun (balance) ke saath shariyat ki hadd mein reh kar zindagi se lutf andoozi (enjoyment) ka mauqa bhi diya gaya hai.

Ab dekhte hain kya is mahine mein hamare Aslaaf ne shadi nahi ki?
Haqeeqat mein kisi mahine mein shadi karna mana nahi hai agar kisi mahine mein shadi karna mana hota to Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam zaroor hamari rehnumaai karte huwe hamein bata dete magar Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se mumaniyat ki koi daleel nahi hai. Hamesha se log is mahine mein shadi karte chale aa rahe hain. Ghalatfehmi us waqt se paida hue jab Karbala ka waqiya huwa aur Shia ne apni tabiyat se is mahine mein maatam karne, soog manane aur khushi ka izhaar na karne, shadi karne se bachne ka tasawwur samaaj mein phailaya. Agar Karbala ki wajah se Muharram mein shadi mana ho sakta hai to Safar se le kar Zul-Hijjah tak bhi kisi ki shadi nahi ho sakti kiyunki in mahinon mein bhi bade bade logon ki wafaat aur shahadat hue.
Agarche is mein ikhtelaaf hai magar Tareekh e Tabri aur Tareekh e Ibne Asaakir ki roshni mein Hazrat Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ki Hazrat Fatima Radhiallahu Anha se isi mahine mein shadi hue. In ke alawah bhi bahut si shadiyan hue hain aur Qayamat tak hoti rahengi.
Quran o Hadees ki roshni mein Muharram chaar (4) hurmat waale mahinon mein se aik hai jis mein fitna aur fasaad se bachna hai aur naik aur saleh aamaal karna hai khaas taur se is mahine mein rozay ka bahut ziyadah ajar o sawaab hai. (Tafseel is link mein parhen). In baton ka yeh matlab huwa ki maatam o soog is mahine ki hurmat aur taqaddus ke bilkul khilaaf hai.

Aik Ahem Point:
Allah Taala ka farmaan hai:
وَلَا تَقُولُوا لِمَنْ يُقْتَلُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَمْوَاتٌ ۚ بَلْ أَحْيَاءٌ وَلَٰكِنْ لَا تَشْعُرُونَ
Tarjumah: Jo log Allah Taala ki raah mein shaheed ho jaayen unhein murda mat kaho balki woh zindah hain lekin tum shu’oor (ehsaas) nahi rakhte.
(Surah Al-Baqarah, Surah No: 2 Ayat No: 154)

Quran ki is aayat se barelwiyon ka istedlaal hai ke shaheed ko maut nahi aati woh dunyawi zindagi ki tarah zinda hain balki tamam mayyit ke baare mein un ka aam aqeedah hai ke mayyit sab kuch sunte hain, jawaab dete hain aur logon ki madad karte hain. Hum Ahlehadees inhein kai saalon se samajhate aa rahe hain ke tumhara yeh istedlaal bilkul ghalat hai is duniya se sab ko jaana hai yani sab ko maut aani hai. Yahan se mar kar jo jaate hain unhein dunyawi zindagi nahi barzakh ki zindagi milti hai jis ke baare mein hamein kuch ehsaas nahi.

Ta’jjub hai fasid aqeedah rakhne wale barelwiyon par aik taraf mayyit ko aur shaheed ko bilkul duniya ki tarah zinda samajhte hain aur doosri taraf un ka maatam bhi manate hain? Aakhir maajra kya hai?

Gaur karne se pata chalta hai ke sara maamla paisa kamane ka hai agar barelwi mayyit ko mayyit (yaani murda) qarar de denge to kon mazaar par aayega aur kahan se nazrana aur jaali dhandon (business) ki fees milegi?

Barelwi mazhab ke baani (founder) is mahine mein shadi ke mutalliq kya kehte hain aap khud hi dekh len:
Masla: Kya farmate hain neeche zikr kiye huwe masail ke silsile mein?
(1) Kuch Ahle Sunnat wal Jamaat Ashr e Muharram mein na to din bhar rooti pakate hain aur na jhadoo dete hain kehte hain dafan ke baad rooti pakaai jayegi.
(2) In dus (10) dino mein kapde nahi utaarte.
(3) Muharram ke mahine mein koi shadi nahi karte.

Al Jawaab: Teeno baatein soog hain aur soog haraam hai. (Ahkaam e Shariyat)

Saari baton ka khulasa (conclusion) yeh hai ki Muharram mein shadi karna jaayez hai aur is mahine ki shadi se bad-faali lena aqeede ki kamzoori hai, hum musalmanon ko Allah ke deen aur ahkaam par raazi hona chahiye aur Islami talemaat ke mutabiq zindagi guzarni chahiye.
