Assalamoalykum warahmatullahe wabarakatohu

Meri behn job karti hay. Or chahti Hai k har mahinay zakat k paysay nikal day taki sal k poray honay tak jo bachay hisab kar k baqi bhi day dayn .
Han ak bat ya k us ki nazar may jo mustahiq hay un ko WO har mahinay day day to kya zakat ho jaygi
Ya kisi k mahiney k paysay bandh day zakat ki niyat say or sal k aakhir may hisab kar lay .
Ya zakat k paysay jama kartay may achanak koe aysa mustahiq mil jay jis ko zarorat ho to kya WO zakat k pesay day sakty hain jab k Abhi sal pora nahi hoa. Pls is k baray may batay

Aapke sawaal ke jawaab mein kuch fatawe post ar rha hun:
Kya monthly apni salary se Zakat ada kar sakte hain?

Sawal : Kya main monthly milne waali salary mein se 2.5٪ ke aitbaar se zakat ada kar sakta hun? Kiunki main sirf nisf dauraniya ki duty karta hun, aur main yeh samjhta hun ke saal ke aakhir mein zakat ek baar mein ada karna mushkil hoga, aur kya kabhi kabhaar jo khairaat waghera main kisi ko de deta hun usay zakat mein shumaar kar sakta hun?

Alhamdulillah :
Pehli Baat :
Kisi bhi maal par zakat us waqt tak laagu nahi hoti jab tak shar’ee nisaab mukammal na ho jaaye, aur us par saal na guzar jaaye, isi mein monthly salary bhi shaamil hai.

Shaikh Ibn e Baaz Rahimahullah kehte hain:
Agar aap ki salary mein se itni miqdaar par saal guzar jaaye jis par zakat wajib hoti hai to aap ko us ki zakat ada karna hogi, aur agar nisaab ki miqdaar se kam ho to phir us par zakat nahi hai. (Shaikh ki baat mukammal hue)

Doosri Baat :
Saal mukammal hone se pehle zakat ada karna jumhoor ulama e kiraam ke haan jaaiz hai, taham afzal yahi hai ke waqt se pehle zakat ada na kare, lekin agar zaroorat aur maslehat ka taqaza ho to aisa kiya jaa sakta hai.

Shaikh ul Islam Ibn e Taimiyah Rahimahullah kehte hain:
Zakat wajib hone ke asbaab paaye jaane ke baad zakat ki paishgi (advance) adaigi jumhoor ahl e ilm ke haan jaaiz hai, un ahl e ilm mein Imam Abu Hanifa, Imam Shafa’ee, aur Imam Ahmad shaamil hain, chunancha maweshiyon, sone chaandi, aur saman e tijarat ki zakat waqt se pehle ada ki jaa sakti hai, shart yeh hai ki nisaab mukammal ho. (Allama Ibn e Taimiyah ki baat mukammal hue)

Teesri Baat :
Monthly aqsaat (installments) waghera ki shakl mein zakat ada karna bhi jaaiz hai, lekin shart yeh hai ke zakat ada karne ka waqt aane se pehle mukammal zakat ada ho jaye, chunancha saal mukammal hone par baqiya zakat ko mazeed mo’akhkhar (late) karna jaaiz nahi hai ke unhein bhi monthly aqsaat (installments) ki shakl mein ada karta rahe, balki saal mukammal hone par mukammal maal ki zakat fauri (jaldi) ada karna zaroori hoga.

Chunancha Ibn e Qadama Rahimahullah kehte hain:
Imam Ahmad ka kehna hai ke : Apne rishtedaaron mein zakat monthly taqseem mat kare, yani ke : Zakat ada karne ka waqt aane ke baad bhi monthly aqsaat (installments) ki soorat mein taqseem mat kare, taaham apne rishtedaaron ya ghairon mein agar zakat ka waqt aane se pehle monthly aqsaat (installments) ki soorat mein taqseem kare to yeh jaaiz hai, kiunki is soorat mein zakat waqt se pehle ada ki jaa rahi hai, muqarrarah waqt se mo’akhkhar (late) nahi hai. (Baat mukammal hue)

Daimi Committee ke ulama e kiraam se poocha gaya:
Kya mere liye zakat ki advance adaigi poooray saal mein monthly aqsaat (installments) ki shakl mein karna jaaiz hai? Yani, main har mahine ghareeb gharanon mein zakat ki raqm advance taqseem karun, to kya yeh jaaiz hai?
To Committee ke ulama e kiraam ne jawab diya:
Zakat ka maali saal mukammal hone se pehle ek ya do sala zakat advance ada karne mein koyi harj nahi hai, shart yeh hai ki aisa karne ki zaroorat bhi ho, neez zakat advance ada karte huwe fuqaraa mein monthly wazeefa ki shakl mein bhi taqseem ki ja sakti hai.

Upar zikr ki gayi tafseelaat ke baad:
Agar aap ke liye monthly zakat ada karna aasani aur sahulat ka baa’is hai, aur pooore saal ke baad zakat ada karna aap ko mushkil mehsoos hota hai to aap monthly zakat ada kar sakte hain, shart yeh hai ki aap ki salary nisaab ko pahunchti ho, to phir aap us mein se 2.5٪ ke aitbaar se zakat ada kar sakte hain, aur agar aap ki salary nisaab tak nahi pahunchti to phir aap apne paas maujood maal ke nisaab tak pahunchne ka intzaar karen, chunancha jab nisaab mukammal ho jaye to zikr kiye gaye tanasub se zakat ada karna shuru kar den.

Shaikh Ibn e Uthaimeen Rahimahullah se poocha gaya:
Monthly salary se advance zakat ada karne ka kya hukm hai, aur agar us mulazim par qarz bhi ho to us ka kya hukm hai?
To unhon ne jawab diya :
Is mein koyi harj nahi hai, Allah Taala unhein jaza e khair de, yeh advance zakat ada karne ke zumre mein shaamil hota hai, yani : Agar koyi shakhs apni salary mlite hi us mein se zakat ada kar de to is mein koi harj nahi hai.
[Salary mein se advance zakat ada karne ki ek soorat yeh bhi hai ke] Jab pehli salary haasil kiye huwe poora saal guzar jaaye to pichli tamam salaries ki zakat ada kar de, is tarah pehli salary ki zakat waqt par ada hogi aur baqiya mahinon mein haasil ki hue salary ki zakat advance ada hogi, aur is tarah advance salary ada karne mein koi harj nahi hai, yeh tareeqa e kaar aasan aur sahulat waala hai, is ke liye zakat ki adaigi ka ek mahina muqarrar kar le, yeh woh mahina hoga jis mein pehli salary par zakat wajib hue, chunancha isi tarteeb par chalta rahe, is tarah jis salary par zakat wajib ho chuki hai us ki zakat waqt par ada ho jayegi, aur baqiya ki zakat advance ada ho jayegi.
Saayel (sawaal karne waale) ne jo soorat zikr ki hai woh bhi aasan hai, ke jaise hi salary mile fauri taur par us ki zakat ada kar de. (Shaikh ki baat khatm hue)

Chauthi Baat :
Time to time jo khairaat waghera ki mud mein aap ne logon ko diya hai, us ke baare mein yeh hai ke agar aap ne woh maal nafli sadqa ki niyat se diya, zakat ki niyat se nahi diya aur aap ki baat se bhi yahi mehsoos ho raha hai to usay zakat mein shaamil mat karen, kiunki farz zakat ada karte huwe farz zakat ki niyat karni zaroori hai.
Chunancha Ibn e Qadama Rahimahullah kehte hain:
Agar insaan apne saare maal ko nafli sadqa ki soorat mein taqseem kar de, zakat ki niyat na kare to yeh nafli sadqa us ki zakat se kifayat nahi karega, isi mauqif ke Imam Shafa’ee Rahimahullah qaail hain, taham Imam Abu Hanifa Rahimahullah ke shagrdon ka kehna hai ke : “Mustahab taur par us ki zakat ada ho jayegi”. Lekin yeh mauqif durust nahi hai ؛ Kiunki sadqa karne waale ne farz zakat ki adaaigi ki niyat nahi ki, yeh aise hi hai jaise woh apne maal ka kuch hissa sadqa kar de, ya 100 rakat padh le lekin faraaiz ada karne ki niyat na kare [to jis tarah us ke faraaiz nahi honge, usi tarah us ki zakat bhi ada nahi hogi]. (Baat mukammal hue)

Aur agar aap ne yeh sadqa, khairaat is niyat se kiye they ke yeh farz zakat mein se hai, to phir usay aap farz zakat mein shumaar kar sakte hain, shart yeh hai ki aap ne unhein zakat ke mo’tabar masarif mein kharch kiya ho, kiunki har qism ke rifaahi aur flaahi kaam mein zakat ka maal nahi lagta ؛ Balki zakat kharch karne ki mehdood aur makhsoos jaghein hai, isi tarah un ki aqsam o anwaa’ bhi shar’ee taur par muqarrar ki hue hain.
Is baare mein mazeed jaankaari ke liye aap sawal no: (1966), (98528), (126075) ke jawabaat mulahza karen.
Isi tarah mazeed sawalaat ke jawabaat dekhne ke liye aap hamari website par zakat ki heading “Zakat ke Masaarif” mein dekh sakte hain.

Waqt se pehle zakat ada karna


Sawaal: Kya waqt se pehle zakat ada ki jaa sakti hai?
(Masalan agar saal july mein khatm ho raha ho aur main saari ya zakat ka kuch hissa April mein nikaalna chahun)?

Alhamdulillah:
Ji haan, zakat ke wujoob se pehle zakat ki adaaigi karna jaaiz hai, kiunki Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib Radhiallahu Anhu se do saal ki zakat pehle hi le li thi.​
Aur yahan ek tambeeh ki jaati hai ki zakat hijri yaani islaami saal ke poora hone par wajib hoti hai na ki melaadi aur eeswi saal par, aur in dono ke darmiyaan farq bhi har ek ko maloom hai.

Salary mein se monthly bachat par zakat kis tarah ada kare?

Sawal :
Main ek company mein taqreeban do saal se job kar raha hun, aur har mahine apni salary ka ek bada hissa bachat ke taur par jama karta hun, aur is tarah se dasven (10th) mahine mein mere paas us waqt ke mutabiq nisaab e zakaat ke barabar raqm jama ho gayi thi, aur us ke baad mere paas maujood raqm kam ziyadah hoti rahi lekin nisaab e zakaat se kam nahi hue, ab main ikkesven (21th) mahine mein hun, aur ab mere paas taqreeban do guna raqm jama ho chuki hai, aur nisaab bhi badal chuka hai, jiski wajah se mere liye mu’amlaat khalt-malt (mixed) ho gaye hain, aur mujhe samajh nahi aa rahi ke main kya karun ke kis nisaab par aitemaad karun? Purana nisaab ya naya? Mere paas maujood raqm ko bunyaad banaon, ya jis raqm par saal guzra hai sirf usi raqm ka aitbaar hoga? Plz! Mujhe wazahat se batlaayen.

Alhamdulillah :
Ek musalman ki janib se monthly salary ki bachat mein se zakat dene ka aasaan aur mehfooz-tareen tareeqa yeh hai ke:
Monthly salary se ki jaane wali bachat jis mahine mein zakat ke nisaab ke barabar ho jaye to us mahine se le kar ek Islami Hijri saal ke baad jitni bhi raqm apke paas hai, saari raqm ki zakat ada karen, yahan tak ke sab se aakhri mahine mein ki jaane wali bachat ko bhi zakat ke liye shaamil karen, jis ko aap ne abhi kuch din pehle hi bachat khaate mein shaamil kiya hai.
Chunanche jis nisaab par ek saal ki zakat wajib thi uski zakat aap ne ada kar di hai.
Aur uske baad waale mahinon mein aap ki jama ki hue bachat ki zakat aap ne waqt se pehle ada kar di hai, aur zakat waqt se pehle ada karna jaaiz hai, is mein koi harj nahi hai.

Shaikh Ibn e Uthaimeen Rahimahullah kehte hain:
Monthly salary ki zakat dene ke liye achcha, behtareen, aur aasaan-tareen raasta yeh hai ke aap kisi mahine ko muqarrar kar len, aur us mahine mein apne saare maal ki zakat de den.

Misaal ke taur par: Ek insaan ki aadat hai ke woh har Ramadhan mein zakat deta hai, to woh Ramadhan ke mahine mein apne paas maujood saare maal ki zakat nikaal deta hai, yahan tak ke Sha’baan mein haasil hone wali raqm ki bhi zakat de deta hai, haqeeqat yeh hai ke yeh tareeqa bahut achcha hai, aur insaan is tareeqe ki wajah se zakat ke mu’aamle mein pur-sukoon rehta hai, is se pur-sukoon tareeqa hamein maloom nahi hai.

Aur agar koi yeh kahe ke Sha’baan mein milne waali salary par to abhi kuch hi din guzre hain?
To hum usay kahenge : Us raqm ki zakat advance adaigi mein shumaar hogi, aur insaan apne maal ki zakat ek ya do saal pehle bhi ada kar sakta hai.

Chunancha hum kahenge ke behtar yeh hai ke insaan kisi bhi ek mahine ko muta’ayyan kar le, aur us mahine mein apne saare maal ko jama kar ke uski zakat ada kar de, chaahe kuch maal par saal guzar chuka ho aur kuch par abhi saal guzarna baqi ho. (Shaikh ki baat mukammal hue)
