Aksar main dekhta hu Mere bahut sare bhai or baheney farz namaz padh k Fauran Bina jagah badle, Bina bole usi jagha pe sunnat nawafil wagira ki niyat baandh lete Hain jo ki durust nahi Hain balki hame yeh chaheye ke farz namaz ada karne ke baad sunnat Wa nawafil wagira ke liye jagha ko badalna chaheye. Is masle ki tafseel ke liye Main "SHEIKH MUHAMMAD SALEEH AL MUNAJJID" ka fatwa niche naqal kar raha hu...

Alhmdulillah : farz namaz aur nawafil ke darmiyan guftugu ya jagah tabdeel kar ke faasla qaim kiya jaye. iske liye afzal tareen baat yeh hai ke ghar ja kar nafli namaz mukammal karen, kyunkay insaan ki farz namaz ke alawa har namaz ghar mein afzal hoti hai, jaisay ke yeh baat nabi Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam se saabit hai, chunancha (Sahih muslim: 1463) mein Mu’awia razi Allah anho kehte hain ke :" jab tum jumah ki namaz padh lo to us waqt tak nawafil shuru na karo jab tak tum koi guftagu Na kar lo, ya bahar na nikal jao, kyunkay rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam ne hamein isi baat ka hukum diya hai ke namaz kay sath kisi doosri namaz ko na milaya jaye hatta ke hum baat kar len ya bahar chalay jayen" nauwi Rehma Allah sahih muslim ki sharah mein kehte hain :" is hadees mein hamaray Shafi fiqahe karaam ke muaqqaf ki Daleel hai ke sunnat e muwaqqida ya gair muwaqqida jo bhi nawafil ho unki adaigi ke liye farz namaz ki jagah se hatt jana chahiye, aur afzal yahi hai ke ghar jakar ada karen, warna masjid mein kisi bhi jagah ada karen, taaki sajda karne ki jaghen mutadid (increase) ho saken. is tarha Nafil aur farz namaz ek dosray se alag ho jayen gi, mawia razi Allah anho ka yeh kehna ke :" hatta ke hum baat kar len" is cheez ki Daleel hai ke farz aur Nafil mein faasla guftagu se ho jaye ga, lekin ek jagah se doosri jagah muntaqil hona hamari bayan kar dah wajah ke baais afzal hai, wallahu aalm"


(abu dawd )( aur Ibn e maja) ki Hadith Hain ye alfaaz Ibn maja ke hai ke abu Huraira razi Allah anho bayan karte hain ke rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam ne farmaya jab tum mein se Koi namaz padhney lagey toh agay peechay ya dayen baen hatt jane se aajiz ho jata hai? ( yani : farz namaz ke nawafil shuru karne se pehlay jagah tabdeel kyun nahi karta? is hadees ko albani Rehma Allah ne sunan Ibn maja mein sahih qarar diya hai. Sheikh al - islam Ibn tehmiyya Rehma Allah " Al fatawa Al kubra " ) 2 / 359 ( mein kehte hain :" sunnat yahi hai ke faraiz aur nawafil chahay jummay ki namaz ke ho ya kisi aur namaz ke, darmiyan mein faasla daalna chahiye, jaisay ke aap Sallalahu Alayhi Wasallam se sahih bukhari mein saabit hai ke : ) aapne ek namaz ko doosri namaz ke sath milaane se mana farmaya, yaha tak ke darmiyan mein guftagu ya khadey hokar faasla na kar liya jaye ( lekin bohat se logon ki tarha ye Na kiya jaye ke salam ke sath he sunnatein shuru kar di jayen ؛ Kyunki yeh nabi Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam ki taraf se mana kardah kaam ka irtikaab hoga. aur darmiyan mein faasla paida karne ki hikmat yeh hai ke farz aur ghair farz mein imtiaz ho sake , Jaise ki ibadat aur ghair ibadat amal mein farq hota hai, chunanchey yahi wajah hai ke aftaari mein jaldi aur sehri mein takheer karna mustahib hai, eid Ul fitr ke din kuch kha kar eid ke liye jana mustahib hai, ramadaan ke rozon se pehlay ek ya do rozey rakhna mana hai, yeh tamam mamnuwaat isliye hain ke sharai rozon ko doosron se alag kiya jaye, ibadat ko deegar umoor se mumtaz kiya jaye, bilkul esi tarha jumah bhi deegar wajib ibadaat se alag imtiazi hasiyat rakhta hai"
Faraiz aur nawafil ke darmiyan faasla paida karne ke liye koi bhi harkat do ibadaat ke darmiyan farq wazeh karti hai, aur kuch ulma-e- karaam ne is ki ek aur wajah bhi bayan ki hai ke : is tarha qayamat ke din gawahi dene wali jaghon ki taadaat zada hogi kyuki jis jagah bhi ibadat ki hogi woh jagah qayamat ke din is ke liye gawahi dey gi, neez jagah tabdeel karne par zada se zada jaghon par ibadat ka amal sar anjaam diya jaye ga, aur agar koi jagah tabdeel na kare to phir guftagu ke zariye faasla daaley"

bhai agar Farz namaz bhi ghar par hi padhi ja rahii hai jamat sai tabhi sunnat namaz padhnai ki jagha change kia jayga...
