DIN KI CHAR RAKA'AT WALI NAMAZ KO KAISE ADAA KIYA JAYE ?

SAWAL =》 kya ZUHAR aur ASR se QABL adaa ki jane wali 4 raka'at ek SALAAM ke sath ADAA ki jayengi ya DO DO RAKA'AT kar ke ADAA ki jaaye'n?

JAWAB =》 JAM'HOOR ULAMA IKRAAM ka kehna hai ki DIN aur RAAT ki NAFLI NAMAZ me AFZAL ye hai ki wo DO DO RAKA'AT kar ke ADAA ki jaye balki BA'AZ ULAMA IKRAM maslan IMAM AHMAD IBN HAMBAL RH to ise WAJIB kehte hain. Unka kehna hai ki agar wo DO RAKA'AT se ZYADAH ek hi SALAM ke sath ADAA karta hai uski NAMAZ SAHIH nahi . Lekin WITR ADAA ho sakte hain ye SABIT hai.

" RAAT AUR DIN KI NAMAZ DO DO HAI "
[ SUNAN TIRMIZI HADEES NO. 597 , SUNAN ABU DAWOOD HADEES NO. 1295 , SUNAN NISAA'YI HADEES NO. 1666 , SUNAN IBN E MAJAH HADEES NO. 1322 ]


ALLAMAH ALBANI RH ne is HADEES ko SAHEEH QARAR DIYA HAI .

aur DO DO ka MA'NA DO DO RAKA'AT hai , IBN UMAR RAZIALLAHU ANHU ne iski SHARAH isi tarah BAYAN ki hai.

SAHEEH MUSLIM me hai ki
UQBAH BIN HAREES BAYAN KARTE HAIN mai ne IBN UMAR RAZIALLAHU ANHU ko kaha : DO DO ka MA'NA kya hai ?
To unho ne kaha : har DO RAKA'AT ke baad SALAM PHERA jaye .

مثنی مثنی Iska MA'NA hai DO DO . LEHAZA IKATTHI CHAR RAKA'AT ADAA nahi ki jayengi . Balki DO DO RAKA'AT kar ke ADAA hogi. Q ki SAHEEH BUKHARI AUR SAHEEH MUSLIM me IBN UMAR RAZIALLAHU ANHUMA ki HADEES hai :
EK SHAKS ne RASOOL ALLAH SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM se DARYAFT karte hue kaha : RAAT ki NAMAZ ke MUTA'ALLIQ AAPKI RAAYE kya hai ? To RASOOL ALLAH SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ne farmaya : DO DO aur jab tum me se kisi ko SUBAH hone ka KHADSHA ho to wo 1 RAKA'AT PADH le jo uski ADAA KARDAH NAMAZ ko WITR bana legi .


aur raha masla DIN ki NAMAZ ka to uske MUTA'ALLIQ AHLE SUNAN ne HADEES RIWAYAT ki hai aur ULAMA KARAAM ne uski TAS'HEEH ME IKHTELAF kiya hai.

aur SAHEEH yahi hai ki ye SABIT hai jaisa ki IMAM BUKHARI RH ne use SAHEEH kaha hai , to is BINA par RAAT aur DIN ki NAMAZ dono hi DO DO RAKA'AT ho'n gi . Aur HAR DO RAKA'AT ke baad SALAM PHERA jayega aur HAR HADEES jisme CHAR ka LAFZ ho aur usme SALAM ki NAFEE ki TASREEH na payi jaye to use is QAIDAH par liya jayega . Ya'ni jis HADEES me CHAR RAKA'AT ka LAFZ ho aur usme SALAM PHERNE ki NAFEE ki SARAAHAT na ho to use DO RAKA'AT ke baad SALAM PHRNE par MAHMOOL karna WAJIB hai q ki QAIDAH yahi hai , aur JUZ'IYAAT ko QAIDAH par MAHMOOL kiya jayega .

LEHAZA AAISHA RAZIALLAHU ANHA se jab RAMZAN me NABI SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ki NAMAZ ke MUTA'ALLIQ DARYAFT kiya gaya to unhone farmaya :
NABI SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM RAMZAN ME AUR GHAIR E RAMZAN me 11 RAKA'AT se ZYADAH ADAA nahi karte the , CHAR RAKA'AT padhte , AAP un RAKA'AT ke HUSN aur TAWAALAT ke MUTA'ALLIQ kuch na pooche'n .

is se ZAHIR yahi hota hai ki CHAR RAKA'AT ek hi SALAM se ADAA karte , lekin is ZAHIR ko AAM QAIDAH par MAHMOOL kiya jayega wo ye ki : RAAT ki NAMAZ DO DO RAKA'AT hai jaisa ki NABI SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM se ye SABIT hai , aur ye kaha jayega ki : unhone CHAR ALAHIDA ZIKR ki'n aur phir CHAR ko ALAHIDA ZIKR kiya q ki NABI SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM CHAR RAKA'AT ADAA kar ke kuch DER ISTERAAHAT karte the , iski DALEEL LAFZ " ثم " ka ISTE'MAAL hai , jo ki TARTEEB aur MOHLAT ke hai .

IBN UMAR RAZIALLAHU ANHU ki HADEES par SAHEEH IBN E KHUZAIMAH me IMAM IBN E KHUZAIMAH RH ne ye kehte hue BAAB BANDHA hai :
" DIN AUR RAAT KI SAARI NAFLI NAMAZ ME DO DO RAKA'AT ME SALAM PHERNE KA BAAB "

aur uske baad ye BAAB laye hain :
" DIN KI NAFLI NAMAZ CHAR RAKA'AT HAIN NA KI DO , ke QAAYELEEN HAZRAAT ke KHILAAF DALAALAT karne WALI AKHBAR AUR NUSOOS ke ZIKR ME BAAB "

aur ispar bahut se DALAIL ZIKR kiye hain ki DIN ki NAFLI NAMAZ DO DO RAKA'AT hai , dekhen :
[ SAHEEH IBN E KHUZAIMAH Jild 2 SAFA 214 ]

aur ye HADEES :
ALLAH TA'AALA US SHAKS par RAHEM kare jo ASR ke QABL CHAR RAKA'AT ADAA karta hai.

ise MUNDARJAH BALA par hi MAHMOOL kiya jayega ki DO DO RAKA'AT ADAA kare .

IMAM IBN HIBBAN RH kehte hain :

RASOOL E KAREEM SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ka farman :
CHAR RAKA'AT is se MURAAD DO SALAM ke sath CHAR RAKA'AT hai q ki يعلي بن عطا عن علي بن عبد الله الأزدي عن ابن عمر رضي الله تعالي عنهما ke TAREEQ se WARID RIWAYAT me hai ki NABI SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ne farmaya :
" RAAT aur DIN ki NAMAZ DO DO HAI "
[ SAHEEH IBN HIBBAN JILD 6 SAFA 206 ]

aur isi tarah JILD 6 SAFA 231 me bhi hai un CHAR RAKA'AT me JO JUM'AH ke baad hain .

SHAIKH IBN E BAAZ RH kehte hain :
MUSALMAN ke liye MASHROO'A hai ki wo DIN aur RAAT ko DO DO RAKA'AT kar ke NAFIL ADAA kare q ki NABI SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ka farman hai : " RAAT ki NAMAZ DO DO HAI " .

MUTTAFIQ ALAIH

AUR EK DOOSRI RIWAYAT ME HAI " RAAT AUR DIN KI NAMAZ DO DO HAI "

ise IMAM AHMAD RH aur AHLE SUNAN ne SAHEEH SANAD ke SATH BAYAN kiya hai
