Assalamu alaikum shaikh biwi ke behen se shadi karna kaisa hai
Biwi ke hote hue kya ahkaam hai
Walaikum Assalam Warehmatullahi Wabarakatuhu

Do behno ko nikah mein jama karna (yani dono ko ek saath nikah mein rakhna) Haraam hai, Allah ﷻ ka farman hai:
وَأَنْ تَجْمَعُوا بَيْنَ الْأُخْتَيْنِ​
Tarjumah: Aur tumhara do behno ko jama karna bhi (haraam qarar diya gaya hai).
(Surah An-Nisa, Surah No: 4, Ayat No: 23)

Sahaba, Tabi’een, Aimma aur Salaf-o-khalaf ke ulama-e-kiraam ka ijmaa’ hai ke do behno se ek saath nikah karna haraam hai aur jo shakhs musalmaan ho jaaye aur us ke nikah mein do bahnein hon to use ikhtiyaar diya jaayega ke ek ko rakh le aur doosri ko talaaq de de aur aisa karna us ke liye wajib hai. Firoz Dailami Radhiallahu Anhu farmaate hain main Nabi-e-Kareem ﷺ ke paas aaya, maine arz kiya: Allah ke Rasool! Maine Islam qubool kar liya hai aur mere nikah mein do bahnein hain. To Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya: Tum un dono mein se jise muntakhab kar lo (yani un main se jise chaaho ek ko rakh lo aur ek ko talaaq de do).
(Sunan Tirmidhi: 1129. Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne “Hasan” qarar diya hai)


Mumkin hai ke yahan koi sawaal kar le ke jab yeh do bahnein sauteli hon (jinhein ikaththa nikah main rakha gaya hai) to us par kiya hukm hoga?
Is ka jawab yeh hai ke:
Yeh sauteli bahnein “akhyaafi bahnein” hon (yani jin ki maa ek ho) ya phir “allaati bahnein” (yani jin ka baap ek ho) in dono qism ki behno ko nikah mein ek saath jama (ikaththa) karna haraam hai kiunki Allah ﷻ ka hukm “Aur tumhara do behno ko jama’ karna bhi (haraam qarar diya gaya hai)” aam hai aur teeno qism ki behno yani haqeeqi, maa shareek aur baap shareek behno ko ikaththa karne ko shaamil hai. Aur jahaan tak do razaa’i behno ko jama karne ka mu’aamla hai to jo rishte nasab mein haraam hain woh raza’at mein bhi haraam hain, jaisa ke mashhoor riwayat hai:
يحرم من الرضاع ما يحرم من النسب​
Tarjumah: Jo rishte nasab ki wajah se haraam ho jaate hain, wahi doodh ki wajah se bhi haraam ho jaate hain.
(Sahih Bukhari: 2645)

yeh hukoom sirf khaas saggey bahno k liye hai yah phir rishtedaari bahno k liye , jaise agar biwi ki khaleri bahen ho yah mumeri bahen in k liye kya hukoom hai. wazahat farmaye

Jo shaklein upar zikr ki gayi hain unke alawah se nikaah sahih hai.
