ULAMAA US CHEEZ KI IJAAZAT NAHI DEY SAKTE JIS KO ALLAAH NE MANA' KIYA HO

بِسْمِ ٱللَّٰهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

Qur-aan mein kayi muqamaat par Allaah Ta'aala ne humein batlaaya hai ke aisey kayi log the jin ko Allaah ne ilm se nawaaza tha lekin phir bhi woh ilm ko jo unko diya gaya tha usko bura kehte the, apne khwaahishon ki pairvi kee aur logon ko Gumraah kiya.

Misaal ke taur par, Yahood wa Nasaara (Ahle Kitaab) ko Allaah Ta'aala ne kaha ke woh unki pairvi karke Apne Ahbaar wa Ruhbaan ki ibaadat karte hain, jo woh kehte usko maanlete haalanke woh Allaah ke hukmon ke saaf khilaaf hotey the.

Allaah Ta'aala ne farmaaya:

اِتَّخَذُوۡۤا اَحۡبَارَہُمۡ وَ رُہۡبَانَہُمۡ اَرۡبَابًا مِّنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰہ

"Unho Ne Allaah Ko Chhord Kar Apne Aalimon Aur Darveshon Ko Apna Rabb Banaa Liya Hai.."[9:31]

Adee Bin Haatim (RaziyAllaahu Anhu) Kehte Hain,

أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَفِي عُنُقِي صَلِيبٌ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ يَا عَدِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏اطْرَحْ عَنْكَ هَذَا الْوَثَنَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقْرَأُ فِي سُورَةِ بَرَاءَةٌ اتَّخَذُوا أَحْبَارَهُمْ وَرُهْبَانَهُمْ أَرْبَابًا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ سورة التوبة آية ٣١

Main Nabi () Ke Paas Aaya, Meri Gardan Mein Soney Ki Saleeb Latak Rahi Thi, Aap Ne Farmaaya: "Adee Is Butt (Idol) Ko Nikaal Kar Phenk Do, Main (Ya’ni Raavi) Ne Aap Ko Sūrah At-Tawbah Ki Aayat, 31 "Unho Ne Allaah Ko Chhord Kar Apne Aalimon Aur Darveshon Ko Apna Rabb Banaa Liya Hai.." Padhte Huye Suna.

Nabi (ﷺ) Ne Farmaaya:

أَمَا إِنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَكُونُوا يَعْبُدُونَهُمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَكِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا إِذَا أَحَلُّوا لَهُمْ شَيْئًا اسْتَحَلُّوهُ وَإِذَا حَرَّمُوا عَلَيْهِمْ شَيْئًا حَرَّمُوهُ

"Woh Log Un Ki Ibaadat Na Karte The Lekin Jab Woh Log Kisi Cheez Ko Halaal Keh Detey The Tou Woh Log Usey Halaal Jaan Letey The, Aur Jab Woh Log Un Ke Liye Kisi Cheez Ko Haraam Tehra Detey Tou Woh Log Usey Haraam Jaan Letey The."

[Jaami At-Tirmizee, Hadees (Hasan) : 3095]

VAZAAHAT:
Is Tarah Woh Ahbaar Aur Ruhbaan Halaal Wa Haraam Tehra Kar Allaah Ke Ikhtiyaar Mein Shareek Bangaye, Aur Is Halaal Wa Haraam Ko Maanney Waaley Mushrik Aur Un Ahbaar Wa Ruhbaan Ke "Ibaadat Guzaar" Qaraar Diye Gaye.


Aur Allaah Ta'aaLā Khud Farmaata Hai:

اِنِ الۡحُکۡمُ اِلَّا لِلّٰہِ

"Hukm Sirf Allaah Hi Ka Hai.."


[Sūrah Yūsuf, Aayat : 40]

Aur Doosri Jagah Farmaata Hai:

وَّ لَا یُشۡرِکُ فِیۡ حُکۡمِہٖۤ اَحَدًا

"Woh (Allaah) Apne Hukm Mein Kisi Ko Shareek Nahi Karta."

[Sūrah Al-Kahf, Aayat : 26]


Is waaqiye ke ba'd Adee ibn Haatim ne Islaam qubool karliya. Tou ab yeh kaha jaasakta hai ke jo shakhs kisi Aalim ki Andhi Taqleed karta hai - jab woh us cheez ki ijaazat deta hai jis ko Allaah na Mana' kiya - ke usne Allaah ko chhord kar us Aalim ko Rabb aur ek Baatil Ma'bood banaaliya hai.

Har Mas-alah jis ko saaf taur par Allaah ne Mana' kiya ho jaise - Shirk karna
, Sharaab, Zinaa, Sood waghaira - Ulamaa usko Halaal nahi karsakte hain.


Aur kal Qiyaamat ke din woh yeh Da'waa bhi nahi karsakte ke woh sirf Ulamaa aur Aksariyat ki pairvi kar rahey the,

Allaah ne farmaaya :

وَ قَالَ الَّذِیۡنَ اتَّبَعُوۡا لَوۡ اَنَّ لَنَا کَرَّۃً فَنَتَبَرَّاَ مِنۡہُمۡ کَمَا تَبَرَّءُوۡا مِنَّا ؕ کَذٰلِکَ یُرِیۡہِمُ اللّٰہُ اَعۡمَالَہُمۡ حَسَرٰتٍ عَلَیۡہِمۡ ؕ وَ مَا ہُمۡ بِخٰرِجِیۡنَ مِنَ النَّار

"Aur jin logon ne Pairvi kee woh log kehne lagengey kaash hum duniya ki taraf doobara jaayein tou hum bhi unse aisey hi bezaar hojaaein jaise yeh hum se hain isi tarah Allaah Ta'aala unhein unke A'maal dikhaayega unko hasrat dilaane ko yeh hargiz Jahannam se na niklengey." [2:167]


Neez, Rasoolullaah ne farmaaya:

أَخْوَفَ مَا أَخَافُ عَلَى أُمَّتِي الْأَئِمَّةُ الْمُضِلُّون

“Mujhe (Dajjaal) se bhi zyaada darr Gumraah karne waale Ulamaa ka hai.”

Al-Hamdulillahi Rabbil Aalameen Wassalato Wasallamu Ala Rasoolihil Kareem Wa Ala Aalihi Wa As'habihi Ajmayeen, Amma Ba'ad:

Adee Bin Haatim (RaziyAllaahu Anhu) Kehte Hain,

Jaami At-Tirmizee, Hadees, No.3095 ki ye hadis ZAYEEF hai Dekhiye: Jami At-Timidhi, Volume:5, page:403, Published: Darussalma, Muhaddis Hafiz Zubair Ali Zai rahimahullah ne is hadis ko ZAYEEF qaraar diya hai, aur farmaya hai: GHTYF (BIN A'YN AL-SHYBANY) raawi zayeef hai aur is riwaayat ke shawaahed bhi zayeef hain is ko Imam Tabari rahimahullah ne apni taseer me Muqofan bayaan kiya hai.

Hafiz Zubari Ali Zai rahimahullah ne Tafseer Ibn Kaseer me Surah Tauah ayaat No. 31 ke Adi Bin Hatim razillahu-anhu ke waqiye par tahqiqi karte wohe kahake:

"Yeh riwaayat mukhtalif alfaaz ke saath kitabon me maujood hai. Ahme:4/378; Tirmizi, Kitab al-Tafseer, Baab: wa min surah al-Taubah, 3095 'WASANADOHO ZAYEEF' ghtyf raawi zayeef ha."(Dekhiye Tafseer Ibn Kaseer:2/553, Published: Maktabah Islamiyah)

GHTYF BIN A'YN AL-SHYBANY ke bare me Muhaddiseen ke aqwaal:

1)Imam Bukhari rahimahullah ne is raawi ko zikar kiya hai Dekhiye Taareek-ul-Kabeer, Tarjumah Raqam:471

2)Imam Tirmizi rahimahullah farmaate hai:
وقال الترمذي: "ليس بمعروف في الحديث".
"(Ghtyf) hadis me marof nahi hai."(al-Jarh wa al-Tadeel:7/55)

3)Imam Daar-Qutanni rahimahullah ne farmaaya:

وقال الدارقطني: "ضعيف"
(al-Zuafa wa al-Matrokoon li-Ibn al-Jauzi:2/247)

4)Imam Ibn Hajar Asqalani rahimahullah ne farmaaya:
وقال ابن حجر: "ضعيف".

5)Tuhfat-ul-Ahwazi Sharah Tirmizi me bhi Abdul Rahmaan Mubarakpori rahimahullah ne bhi GHTYF ko zayeef kaha hai.(Tuhfat-ul-Ahwazi:8/398 tahet hadis No.3095)

Asslalamu alaikum warahmatullah wabarakatohu
maine bhi ek Muhaddis aur Muhaqiq hi ki baat pesh ki thi , MUHADDIS ALBANI rahimahullah, ka beshak koi saani nahi likin kiya unki tahqiq HURFE aakhir hogi ?

Muhaddis albni rahimahullah ne NISF SHABAAN ki riwaayaat ko Tawaatur ki bunyaad par HASAN qaraar diya hai, to kya Ulama Ahle Hadis yaa Awaam Ahle Hadis Nisf Shabaan ki fazeelat ko maan chuki hai?

to mera sawaal ye hai ke wahi fomula Jami Tirmizi ki mazkorah riwaayat par kion apply nahi hosakta?

ye to asaan si baat hai koi rocket science to nahi hai jis ko Awaam Ahle Hadis samajh naa payen......

Bahar haal main ye bhi maanta honke dono ki tahqiq durost hai ....

baat sirf itni si hai ke dono me se kon SAWAAB ke ziyaadah qareeb hai ? bass usko apna len koi mas'alah nahi hai.......
