Safar Mein Roza Rakhna Aur Chodna Dono Durust Hai.

1] Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha Se Riwayat hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne Hazrat Hamzah Bin Amr Aslami Razi Allahu Anhu se dauran e safar roze ke mutalliq farmaya

إِنْ شِئْتَ فَصُمْ ، وَإِنْ شِئْتَ فَأَفْطِرْ

Agar Tum Chaho To (Safar mein) me roza rakho agar chaho to chod do.

2] Hazrat Abu Dardah Razi Allahu Anhu se marwi hai ki wo maah e ramzan ke ek shakt garm din mein Rasoolullah ﷺ ke sath safar me the aur us safar me sirf Rasoolullah ﷺ aur Abdullah Bin Rawaha Razi Allahu Anhu rozedaar the.

3] Hazrat Anas Razi Allahu Anhu se Riwayat hai ki Ham Rasoolullah ﷺ sath karte the

فَلَمْ يَعِبْ الصَّائِمُ عَلَى الْمُفْطِرِ ، وَلَا الْمُفْطِرُ عَلَى الصَّائِمِ

Na roza rakhne wala chodne wale par aib lagata aur na hi roza chodne wala roze rakhne wale par.

4] Hazrat Hamza Bin Amr Aslami Razi Allahu Anhu se marwi hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya

«هِيَ رُخْصَةٌ مِنَ اللهِ، فَمَنْ أَخَذَ بِهَا، فَحَسَنٌ وَمَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يَصُومَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ»

Ye (Yani dauran e safar roza chod dene ki izazat) Allah Ta'ala ki taraf se rukhsat hai , jo ise ikhteyar kar le to behtar hai aur jo shaksh roza rakhna pasand kare to us par bhi koyi harz nahi.

5] Hazrat Abu Saeed Razi Allahu Anhu se marwi hai ki Hamne roze ki halat me Rasoolullah ﷺ ke sath macca tak safar kiya (raawi kahte hai ki) hamne ek jagah par padaw kiya to Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya bila-shuba tum dushman ke qareeb ho lihaza roza chod dena hi tumhare liye behtar hai , us waqt Aap ﷺ ki ye bat rukhsat thi yahi wajah hai ki hamme se baaz ne roza rakha aur baaz ne Iftaar kar liya , Fir hamne ek doosri jagah par padaw kiya To Aap ﷺ ne farmaya beshaq tum subaha ko apne dushman par hamla karoge aur tumhare liye roza chod dena hi behtar hai , lihaza tum roza chod do pas Aap ﷺ ki ye bat laazimi kabil e amal thi , fir yakinan ye baat mere mushahde ki hai ki is safar ke bad bhi Ham Rasoolullah ﷺ ke sath safar me roza rakhte the.

Jis Riwayat me ye hai ki Safar Me Roza rakhne walon ke mutalliq Aap ﷺ ne farmaya أُولَئِكَ الْعُصَاةُ yahi log Na-farman hai

Mazeed ek Riwayat me ye lafz bhi hai ki Aap ﷺ se kaha gaya ki beshaq logon ko roze ne mashaqqat me dal diya hai. (is wajah se Aap ﷺ ne safar me roza aftar kar liya aur aftaar na karne walon ko Na-farman kaha)

[كما قال الحافظ فی بلوغ المرام ٥٤٦]

aur jis Riwayat me hai ki

لَيْسَ مِنَ الْبِرِّ الصِّيَامُ فِي السَّفَرِ .

Safar mein roza rakhna koyi neki nahi hai.

[Sunan Abu Dawood 2407]

ye aise shaksh ke mutalliq hai jis par safar me roza rakhna mushkil aur mashaqqat ho aur wo fir bhi roza rakhe jaisa ki is Hadees se ye sabit hai.

nez jis Riwayat mein ye hai

صَائِمُ رَمَضَانَ فِي السَّفَرِ كَالْمُفْطِرِ فِي الْحَضَرِ

Safar mein roza rakhne wala aise hi hai jaise ghar mein hote huye roza na rakhne wala .

Ye Riwayat munkir aur zaeef hai.

Sabit hua ki dauran e safar roza rakhna aur chodna dono tarah jayez wa durust hai.

Zamhoor Isi ke qayel hai.

Albatta Imam Dawood Jaahiri Rahimahullah Wagairah ke nazdeek safar me roza chodna wazib hai aur roz a rakhne wale ka roza nahi hota hai. Unki Daleel Ye Hadees Hai

عَلَيْكُمْ بِرُخْصَةِ اللَّهِ الَّتِي رَخَّصَ لَكُمْ فَاقْبَلُوهَا

Allah Ta'ala ki is rukhsat ko laaziman ikhteyaar karo aur use qubool karo jiski Allah Ta'ala ne tumhare liye izazat di hai .

yaad rhe ye huqm aise shaksh ke liye hai jis par dauran e safar roza rakhna mushkil ho jaisa ki isi Riwayat me mauzood hai ki Aap ﷺ ne ye huqm aise shaksh ko diya tha jis par safar me roze (ki mashaqqat) ki wajah se ek saaydar darakht ke niche paani ke cheenthe mare ja rhe hai.

Ulema ne Is Masle Me Ikhtelaaf kiya hai ki Safar mein roza rakhna afzal hai ya chodna......

Zamhoor , Imam Malik Rahimahullah , Imam Safayi Rahimahullah , Imam Abu Haneefa Rahimahullah :- Safar me mashaqqat na ho to roza rakhna afzal hai aur jab mashaqqat ka andesha ho to roza chodna afzal hai.

Imam Ahmad Rahimahullah :- Sirf Roza Chodna Hi Har haal me afzal hai.

Imam Shaukani Rahimahullah :- Jis par roza rakhna mushkil ho ya jise (safar mein) roza nukshan deta ho ya jo rukhsat qubool karne se e'araaz karta ho ya jise Dauran e safar roza rakhne me fakhr riyakari me mubtila hone ka andesha ho to aise shaksh par roza chod dena afzal hai aur jo in ashiya'a se mustashna ho uske haq me roza rakhna afzal hai.

Baaz Logon ka ye bhi khayal hai roza rakhna aur chodna dono barabar hai unme koyi bhi afzal nahi aur baaz kahte hai dono mein jo asan ho use ikhteyar kar lena chahiye.

Razeh Qaul :- Imam Shaukani Rahimahullah Wagairah ka mauquf Hadees ke jyada qareeb hai.
