Qaza e Umri Ki Haqeeqat


بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

Qaza e Umri Ki Haqeeqat


Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ka Farman Hai:

مُرُوا أَوْلاَدَكُمْ بِالصَّلاَةِ وَهُمْ أَبْنَاءُ سَبْعِ سِنِينَ وَاضْرِبُوهُمْ عَلَيْهَا وَهُمْ أَبْنَاءُ عَشْرِ سِنِينَ وَفَرِّقُوا بَيْنَهُمْ فِي الْمَضَاجِعِ​

Tarjuma: Jab Tumhari Aulaad Saat (7) Saal Ki Umar Ko Pahonch Jayen To Unhein Namaz Ka Hukm Do Aur Jab Woh Das (10) Saal Key Ho Jayen To (Namaz Mein Kotahi Karney Par) Unhen Saza Do, Aur Bachchon Ke Sonay Mein Tafreeq Kar Do.

Kabhi Kabhar Aisa Bhi Hota Hai Ke Na Walidain Ne Aulaad Ko Namaz Parhnay Ka Hukm Diya Na Raghbat Dilayi, Na Khud Masjid Gaye or Na Aulaad Ko Masjid Ka Raasta Dikhaya.

Umr Ka Aik Lamba Hissa Gumrahiyon Mein Guzaar Kar Kabhi Kisi Fitrat e Salima Rakhnay Waley Ko Us Ka Zameer Kachokey Lagaata Hai Aur Usay Rab ul Aalameen Ki Bandagi Ki Taraf Raghib Karta Hai To Yeh Sharminda Ho Kar Allah Ke Ghar Mein Daakhil Hota Hai or Apne Gunahon Ka Zikr Apne Paish Imam Saheb Se Karta Hai Ke Mein Ne Ab Allah Ke Fazl o Karam Se Namaz Parhna Shuru Kar Diya Hai Aap Istiqamat Ki Dua Famaye. Idhar Se Jawab Milta Hai Ke Qazaye Umri Bhi Parhtey Ho Ke Nahi?
Yeh Sawal Karta Hai Ki Imam Saheb Yeh Qazaye Umri Kya Cheez Hoti Hai?
Imam Saheb Farmatay Hain Ki Gayarah (11) Baras Ki Umar Se Leker Ab Tak Ki Umar Ka Hisaab Lagao Ke Kitney Saal Tum Ne Namaz Nahi Parhi Phir Us Ke Baad Itnay Hi Saal Tak Har Farz Namaz Ke Sath Un Saloon Ki Faut Shuda Qaza Namaz Ada Kiya Karo. Agar Qazaye Umri Ada Nahi Karoge To Yeh Namaz Bhi Jo Ke Tum Parh Rahay Ho Koi Faida Nahi Deygi.

Chunancha Logon Ki Aksariyat Jo Ke Deeni Taleem Sey Bekhabar Hoti Hai In Ki Baat Maan Kar Qazaye Umri Naam Ki Namazein Ada Karti Hai.

Halanki Qazaye Umri Ka Koi Suboot Quran o Hadees Se Nahi Milta Hai. Beshak Namaz Na Parhna Gunah e Azeem Hai Lekin Yeh Gunah Tauba Kar Leney Se Maaf Ho Sakta Hai. Tauba Ka Falsafah Hi Yahi Hai Ke Is Ki Wajah Sey Pichle Tamam Gunah Allah Taala Maaf Farma Deta Hai.

Bani Israel Ke Us Shakhs Ke Waqiye Se Kon Nawaqif Hoga Jis Ne So (100) Qatl Kiye They Phir Tauba Karne Ke Baad Koi Neki Karne Se Pahle Hi Usay Mout Aagai Lekin Allah Taala Ne Chunkay Us Ki Tauba Qubool Farma Li Thi Isliye Sirf Isi Bunyaad Par Usay Apni Jannat Ka Mustahiq Qarar Farmaya.

Iskey Alawah Or Kai Ahadees Is Baat Par Daleel Hain Ki Taubah Se Bade Bade Gunah Maaf Ho Saktey Hain.

Aisa Lagta Hai Ke Qazaye Umri Parhnay Walon Ki Tauba Allah Ke Yahan Maqbool Nahi Hoti Hai Tabhi To Unhein Qazaye Umri Padhni Padti Hai. Or Qazaye Umri Padhnay Walon Ne Allah Arham ur Rahimeen Se Naummeedi Ikhtiyar Kar Rakhi Hai Aur Shariat e Islamiya Mein Qazaye Umri Ki Soorat Mein Aik Aisa Qabeeh Amal Ejaad Kiya Hai Jis Ne Tauba Aur Istighfar Ke Mafhoom Ko Galat Andaaz Mein Logon Ke Samnay Paish Kiya Hai.

Qazaye Umri Ko Ibadat Samjhna Galat Hai Is Liye Ke Ibadat Sirf Wohi Hai Jo Allah Ke Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Se Saabit Ho.

Or Sahih Baat Yehi Ki Jo Namazein Chor Di Thin Uskey Liye Taubah wa Istighfaar Karen Kiunki Jaan Boojh Kar Namaz Chorne Wale Par Qaza Nahi Hai.

Allamah Ibn e Taimiyah Rahimahullah Farmate Hain: Jaan Boojh Kar Namaz Chorne Wale Par Koi Qaza Nahi Hai.

Allamah Ibn e Hazm Rahimahullah Farmatey Hain: Jo Shakhs Jaan Boojh Kar Namaz Chorey Rakhey Yahan Tak Ki Us Ka Waqt Khatm Ho Jaye To Wo Kabhi Bhi Uski Qaza Nahi De Sakta Albatta Use Chahiye Ki Neik Kaam Karey or Kasrat Se Nafl Namaz Ka Ehtimaam Karey Taki Qayamat Key Din Uska Tarazoo Wazni Ho Sakey Or Mazeed Usey Taubah wa Istighfaar Karna Chahiye.
