Logon mein ek khabar phail rahi hai ke “jab surayya sitaara nikalta hai to zameen par wabaayi bemaariyaan khatam ho jaati hain aur ilm-e-falakiyyaat (Astronomy) ke hisaab se surayya sitaara 12 may ko nikalne waala hai is liye corona virus bhi khatam ho jaayega.” Kayi dinon se yeh khabar Social Media par share ki jaa rahi thi, baad mein ek aalim Tariq Uthmani Deobandi saheb ne Ahadees mein maujood lafz “عاهة”, lafz “ثريا” aur lafz “نجم” se ghalat istedlaal karte huwe is afwaah ko sahih saabit karne ki ghalat koshish ki hai, is se logon mein phaili afwaah ko mazbooti mil rahi hai aur sitaara parasti ki taraf rujhaan jaa raha hai. Achchi baat yeh hai ke usi maktab-e-fikr ke kayi ulama ne Tariq Uthmani ko aade haathon liya aur un ka radd kiya hai.
Tariq Uthmani ke mazmoon mein aqwaal ke bajaaye Ahadees se do qism ke dalaail pesh kiye gaye hain, pehli qism ke dalaail ka talluq phalon aur un ki pukhtagi aur durustgi se hai aur jin ka kisi tarah ki beemari se koi talluq nahi hai. Aur doosri qism ke dalaail Za’eef hain un se istedlaal baatil hai. Aaiye dalaail ka jaaiz lete hain.

Pehli qism ke dalaail:
Pehli Daleel:
عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سُرَاقَةَ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ؟ فَقَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَار، حَتَّى تَذْهَبَ الْعَاهَةُ، قُلْتُ: وَمَتَى ذَاكَ؟ قَالَ : حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الثُّرَيَّا​
Tarjumah: Uthman bin Abdullah bin Suraqah kehte hain: Main ne Abdullah bin Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma se phalon ke bechne ke baare mein sawaal kiya, unhon ne kaha ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne aafat ka darr khatam ho jaane tak phalon ko bechne se mana kiya, main ne kaha: Aur yeh kab hota hai? Unhon ne kaha: Jab surayya sitaara zaahir hota hai.
(Musnad Ahmed: 5105)

Doosri Daleel:
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ النَّخْلِ حَتَّى يَزْهُوَ، وَعَنِ السُّنْبُلِ حَتَّى يَبْيَضَّ، وَيَأْمَنَ الْعَاهَةَ؛ نَهَى الْبَائِعَ، وَالْمُشْتَرِيَ​
Tarjumah: Rasoolullah ﷺ ne khujoor ko pakne se pehle bechne se mana farmaaya hai aur baali ko bhi yahan tak ke woh sookh jaaye aur aafat se bach jaaye, bechne waale aur khareedne waale dono ko mana kiya hai.
(Sahih Muslim: 1535)

In Ahadees se aalim saheb istedlaal karte huwe kehte hain ke dekho Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaaya ke phalon ko beemari lag jaati hai to jab surayya sitaara zaahir hota hai to woh beemari khatam ho jaati hai. Aur phalon ki beemari aam hai yani logon mein bhi beemari phaili hui hai, to surayya sitaara nikalne se beemari khatam ho jaati hai aur Astronomy ke maahir kehte hain ke may ke darmiyaani ashra yani giyaarah din guzarne ke baad surayya zaahir hota hai, is tarah is saal Umm-ul-Qura calender ke hisaab se 12 may 19 Ramadhan ko padta hai lehaza Ramadhan ke doosre ashre ke akheer mein corona virus ki beemari khatam ho jaayegi.
Tariq saheb ke naam ke saath muhaqqiq aur allamah laga huwa hai is liye kehte hain waah rahe muhaqqiq aur allamah,,,, agar is tarah se tehqeeq karne lage to duniya ke logon ko phal khaane ke liye saal bhar intezaar karna padega aur surayya ke nikalne ke baad hi koi phal bech sakega aur khaa sakega. Is tarah thandi mein jo phal tayyar hoga us ka bechna haraam ho jaayega kiunki surayya to nikla nahi aur phal ki wabaayi beemari abhi khatam nahi hui.
Dar-asal in Ahadees ka matlab yeh hai ke jab phal pak kar tayyar ho jaaye tab becha jaaye taake khareedne waale ko durust phal mil sake, agar phal tayyar hone se pehle kisi ko beech diya jaaye to mumkin hai woh hawa, baarish, toofaan aur mausam se mutassir ho kar kharaab ho jaaye aur khareedne waale ko phal kaatne ke waqt nuqsaan ho jaaye. Is liye Hadith mein maujood lafz “عاهة” ka matlab phal tayyar aur pukhta ho jaana yani khaane aur zakheera karne ke qaabil ho jaana hai. Chunanche Nabi ﷺ ka irshaad mulahza farmaayen. Sahih Bukhari ki riwayat hai:
نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا​
Tarjumah: Rasoolullah ﷺ ne phalon ko un ki pukhtagi aur behtari zaahir ho jaane se pehle bechne se mana farmaaya hai.
(Sahih Bukhari: 1487)

Is Hadith mein “صلاح” ka jo lafz aaya hai jis ka matlab pukhtagi aur behtari zaahir hone ke hain dar-asal yahi matlab “عاهة” ka hai jo Bukhari ki doosri riwayat se wazeh taur par ma’loom hota hai. Chunanche us riwayat ko bhi dekhen:
نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا، وَكَانَ إِذَا سُئِلَ عَنْ صَلَاحِهَا قَالَ: حَتَّى تَذْهَبَ عَاهَتُهُ​
Tarjumah: Nabi ﷺ ne phalon ke pakne se pehle us ki khareed-o-farokht se mana farmaaya hai, jab Aap se “صلاح” ke mutalliq poocha gaya to Aap ne farmaaya: Yahan tak ke nuqsaan ka khatra na rahe.
(Sahih Bukhari: 1486)

Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne “Ghayat ul-Maraam” mein sahih sanad ke saath is se mutalliq saaf aur wazeh riwayat zikr ki hai.

Tarjumah: Nabi ﷺ ne kheton ya baagheechon mein phalon ki durustgi (pakne) se pehle bechne se mana kiya hai, yahan tak ke phalon ke nuqsaan aur aafat se mehfooz hone ka yaqeen na ho jaaye.
(Ghayat ul-Maraam: 370)

Ab sahih Bukhari se woh Hadith pesh karta hun jis se baat bilkul poori tarah saaf aur wazeh ho jaayegi ke kiun Rasoolullah ﷺ ne phal pukhta hone se pehle bechne se mana kiya hai aur surayya nikalne ka matlab kya hai? Zaid bin saabit Radhiallahu Anhu bayan karte hain:
كَانَ النَّاسُ فِي عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَبَايَعُونَ الثِّمَارَ، فَإِذَا جَدَّ النَّاسُ وَحَضَرَ تَقَاضِيهِمْ قَالَ الْمُبْتَاعُ: إِنَّهُ أَصَابَ الثَّمَرَ الدُّمَانُ، أَصَابَهُ مُرَاضٌ، أَصَابَهُ قُشَامٌ. عَاهَاتٌ يَحْتَجُّونَ بِهَا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمَّا كَثُرَتْ عِنْدَهُ الْخُصُومَةُ فِي ذَلِكَ: "فَإِمَّا لَا فَلَا تَتَبَايَعُوا حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُ الثَّمَرِ" كَالْمَشُورَةِ يُشِيرُ بِهَا لِكَثْرَةِ خُصُومَتِهِمْ. وَأَخْبَرَنِي خَارِجَةُ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ لَمْ يَكُنْ يَبِيعُ ثِمَارَ أَرْضِهِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الثُّرَيَّا، فَيَتَبَيَّنَ الْأَصْفَرُ مِنَ الْأَحْمَرِ​
Tarjumah: Rasoolullah ﷺ ke zamaane mein log phalon ki khareed-o-farokht (darakhton par pakne se pehle) karte the. Phir jab phal todne ka waqt aata, aur maalik (qeemat ka) taqaaza karne aate to khareedaar yeh uzr (bahaana) karne lagte ke pehle hi us ka gaabha kharaab aur kaala ho gaya, us ko beemari ho gayi, yeh to thithur gaya, phal bahut hi kam aaye. Isi tarah mukhtalif aafaton ko bayan kar ke maalikon se jhagadte (taake qeemat mein kami kara len) jab Rasoolullah ﷺ ke paas is tarah ke muqaddamaat ziyadah aane lage to Aap ﷺ ne farmaaya ke jab is tarah jhagde khatam nahi ho sakte to tum log bhi phal ke pakne se pehle un ko na becha karo. Goya jhagdon ki kasrat ki wajah se Aap ﷺ ne yeh mashwarah ke taur par farmaaya tha. Kharijah bin Zaid bin Saabit Radhiallahu Anhu ne mujhe khabar di ke Zaid bin Saabit Radhiallahu Anhu apne baagh ke phal us waqt tak nahi bechte jab tak surayya na zaahir ho jaata aur zardi aur surkhi zahir na ho jaati.
(Sahih Bukhari: 2193)

Is Hadith ke aakhiri alfaaz bata rahe hain ke surayya ka zaahir hona kisi beemari ke khatam hone ki wajah nahi hai balke is baat ka sirf gumaan aur nishaani hai ke Hijaaz shahat mein garmi shuru ho gayi ab un mamalik (countries) mein garmiyon ke phal pak kar tayyar ho gaye honge. Duniya mein bahut se phal thandiyon mein tayyar hote hain aur phir garmiyon ki shuru’aat aur intihaa tamaam mamalik (countries) mein farq farq ho sakte hain is liye in tamaam Ahadees se muraad yeh hai ke log phal lagaayen to us ko achche se tayyar aur pakne den phir bechen.

Doosri qism ke dalaail:
➊ Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu bayan karte hain ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaaya:
مَا طَلَعَ النَّجْمُ صَبَاحًا قَطُّ، وَتَقُومُ عَاهَةٌ، إِلَّا رُفِعَتْ عَنْهُمْ، أَوْ خَفَّتْ​
Tarjumah: Jab subah ke waqt (surayya) sitaara zaahir hota hai to us waqt jo qaum jis beemari mein mubtala hoti hai woh beemari bilkul khatam ho jaati hai ya us mein takhfeef (kami) ho jaati hai.
(Musnad Ahmed: 9039)

Musnad Ahmed ki is riwayat ko Musnad ki tehqeeq mein Sho’aib Arnout ne Hasan kaha hai magar un ki baat sahih nahi hai kiunki is mein Za’eef rawi hai. Aur yahi Hadith Abdullah Muhammed Maqdisi ki kitaab “Al-Aadaab Ash-Shar’iyyah” mein Za’eef likhi hai jis ki tehqeeq Sho’aib Arnout aur Umar Qiyaam ne ki hai. Shaikh Albani ne bhi Za’eef-ul-Jame’ (5096) mein isey Za’eef kaha hai.

➋ Nabi ﷺ ne farmaaya:
إذا طلع النَّجمُ ، رُفِعَت العاهةُ عن أهلِ كلِّ بلدٍ​
Tarjumah: Jab surayya zaahir hota hai to shahar waalon se beemari khatam kar di jaati hai.
Is Hadith ko bhi Shaikh Albani ne Za’eef kaha hai.
(As-Silsilah Az-Zaeefah: 397)

Aap ne dekha ke doosri qism ke dalaail Za’eef hain lehaza un se istedlaal nahi kiya jaayega aur tamaam baaton ka khulaasa yeh saamne aaya ke Quran-o-Hadith mein aisi koi sahih baat nahi hai ke jab surayya sitaara zaahir hota hai to zameen se wabaayi bemaariyaan khatam ho jaati hain lehaza 12 may se mutalliq jo message logon mein phail raha hai woh ghalat hai. Us par bilkul yaqeen na karen balke Social Media account se usey delete karen aur kisi ko bhi forward na karen.
