اخبرنا أبو الحسن محمد بن الحسين بن داؤد العلوي رحمه الله أنبا حاجب بن أحمد بن سفيان الطوسي ثنا محمد بن حماد الابيوردي ثنا عبدالرزاق أنبا عبدالله بن محرر عن قتادة عن انس رضي الله عنه ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عق عن نفسه بعد النبوة.(السنن الكبرى كتاب الضحايا جماع ابواب العقيقة باب العقيقة سنة رقم:18678)
Tarjumah:Anas RA Se Rivayat Hai Woh Bayan Karte Hai Ke Nabi SAV Ne Apna Aqeeqah Nabuwat Ke Baad Kiya.
Bayhaqi Ki Is Rivayat Par Bahut Sare Muhaddiseen Ne Zo'af(Kamzor)Ka Hukam Laga Hai Kuy Ke Is Me Ek Raavi Abdullaah Bin Muharrir Ki Zo'af Par Sab Ka Ittifaaq Hai. Bayhaqi,Nasaai Ibne Abi Haatim Raazi(Ek Qaul),Ibne Hajar,Daare Qutni(Ek Qaul)Ali Bin Junaid Raazi,Amar Bin Ali Falaas NE Matrukul Hadees Kaha Hai. Abu Zar'a Raazi Aur Ibne Abi Haatim Zaari(Dusra Qaul)Ne Zaeeful Hadees Kaha Hai. Imaam Bukhari Ibne Abi Haatim Raazi(Teesra Qaul)Aur Hilaal Bin Ala Raqi Nd Munkarul Hadees Kaha Hai. Abu Naeem Asbahani,Daare Qutni(Dusra Qaul), Muhammad Bin Sa'ad Kaatibul Waqadi,Yahya Bin Moin Aur Yaqoob Bin Sufiyaan Alfaswai Ne Zaeef Kaha Hai.
Ab Chand Ahle Ilm Ke Hukam Bayan Kar Dena Yaha Kaafi Hoga Kuy Ke Raawi Ke Zo'af Ki Taraf Ishaarah Kar Diya Hai.
*Bayhaqi Ne Kaha Yah Hadees Munkar Hai Aur Woh Abdur Razzaq Ke Tareeq Se Bayan Karte Hai Woh Kehte Hai Ke Yah Hadees Dusre Tareeq Se Bhi Marvi Hai Qataadah Ke Tareeq Se Aur Anas Ke Tareeq Se Un Tamam Turq Se Yah Rivayat Baatil Hai.

* Imaam Ahmad Ne Bayhaqi Ki Rivayat Abdullaah Bin Muharrir An Anas Wali Rivayat Ko Munkar Qaraar Diya Hai.
* Ibnul Araaqi Kehte Hai Ke Iski Sanad Me Abdullaah Bin Muharrir Hai Jis Ke Mutalliq Imaam Navvi Ne Kaha Ke Iske Zaeef Par Ahle Ilm Ka Ittifaaq Hai.(Tarahut Tasreeb:5/209)
* Haafiz Ibne Hajar Ne Is Rivayat Par Kalaam Karte Hue Likha Hai Ke Bazaar Ne Kaha Ke Is Me Abdullaah Akela Hai Aur Woh Zaeef Hai.(Fathul Baari)
Haafiz Ibne Hajar RH Ne Zikar Kiya Hai Ke Abus Shaikh Ne Is Rivayat Jo Mazeed 2 Sanado De Zikar Kiya Hai.
Pehli Sanad Ismaail Bin Muslim An Qataadah Se Marvi Hai Aur Ismaail Zaeef Hai.
Dusri Sanad Abi Bakar Al Mustamlilee AnilHaysam Bin Jameel Wa Dawood Bin Muhbir Qala Hadasana Abdullaah Bin Almusna An Sumamata An Anas Hai. Is Sanad Me Dawood Zaeef Hai Magar Unke Sath Isi Tabqah Me Haiysam Bin Jameel Siqah Hai Aur Abdullaah Bin Musanna Se Imaam Bukhari Ne Istidlaal Kiya Hai Is Wajah Se Is Sanad Se Yah Rivayat Sahih Hai,Is Rivayat Ke Alfaaz Is Tarah Hai:
ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عق عن نفسه بعد ما بعث نبيا.
Tarjumah:Nabi SAC Ne Besat Ke Baad Apni Taraf Se Aqeeqah Kiya.
Haysami Ne Kaha Ke Iske Rijaal Sahih Ke Rijaal Hai Siwaae Haisam Bin Jameel Ke Ki Woh Siqah Hai Yani Haysmi Ki Nazar Me Yah Sanad Bilkul Sahih Hai Is Me Koi Zaeef Raawi Nahi Hai.
Shaikh Albaani RH Ne Aqeeqah Wali Rivayat Par Silsila Sahiha Me Lambi Bahas Ki Hai Uska Khulasa Wahi Hai Jo Upar Paish Kiya Gaya Hai Ke Abdullaah Bin Muharrir Ke Tareeq Se Aane Wali Rivayat Zaeef Hai Taaham Haisam Bin Jameel Ke Tareeq Se Aane Wali Rivayat Qaviul Asnaad Hai Aur Shaikh Ne Is Sanad Ko Hasan Darjah Diya Hai.(As Silsilatus Sahiha:2726)
Khulasa E Kalaam Yah Hua Ke Yah Baat Nahi SAV Se Saabit Hai Me Aap SAV Ne Nabuwat Ke Baad Apna Aqeeqah Khud Kiya Tha Is Hadees Ki Buniyaad Par Ham Yah Masala Istinbaat Kar Sakte Hai Ke Badi Umar Me Bhi Aqeeqah Diya Ja Sakta Hai Yani 7ve Din Jis Ka Aqeeqah Na Ho Sake,Baad Me Jab Sahulat Ho Us Ki Taraf Se Aqeeqah Diya Ja Sakta Hai. Isi Tarah Yah Masala Bhi Mustanbat Hota Hai Ke Aadmi Apni Janib Se Khud Bhi Aqeeqah Kar Sakta Hai Yani Agar Kisi Ki Janib Se Uske Baap Ya Sarparast Ne Aqeeqah Na Kiya Ho To Woh Khud Hi Apni Janib Se Aqeeqah Kar Sakta Hai.
Yaha 2 Iskaal Ka Jawaab Bhi Jaan Lena Zaroori Hai.
(1) Is Hadees Se Baaz Log Meelaadun Nabi SAV Manane Ke Daleel Pakadte Hai Jab Ke Yah Hadees Aqeeqah Se Mutalliq Hai,Meelaad Aur Aqeeqah Ne Zameen Aur Aasmaan Ka Farq Hai. Yah Hadees Hargiz Meelaad Ki Daleel Nahi Ban Sakti Hai. Aqeeqah Me Maulood Ki Jaanib Se Janwar Zabah Kiya Jata Hai Jab Ke Meelaadun Nabi SAV Me Shirkiya Aur Bidiya Aamaal Anjaam Diye Jate Hai.
(2) Baaz Ahle Ilm Ne Nabi SAV Ke Is Amal Ko Aap Ke Sath Khaas Mana Hai Jab Ke Hame Maloom Hai Ke Khususiyat Ki Daleel Chaahiye Aur Nabuwat Ke Baad Aap SAV Ka Aqeeqah Karna Aap Ke Sath Khaas Hone Ki Koi Daleel Nahi Hai.
