Jis ko musalman achcha samjhen woh Allah ke nazdeek bhi achcha hai (Bid’at e Hasanah ki ek daleel ka jaaizah)

Assalaamualaikum wa rehmatullahi wa barakatuhu bhai mera sawaal hai ke ek hadees bidat e hasanah keliye pesh ki jaati hai hadees is tarah hai Hazrat abdullah ibn masood ra se rivayat hai ke rasool sallallahu alahiwasallam ne farmaya jis kaam ko musalman accha samjhe woh allah ke nazdeek bhi accha hai aur jis kaam ko musalman bura samjhe woh kaam allah ke nazdeek bhi bura hai.(Mustadrak Hakim, Sunan Al Kubra Baihaqi) yeh hadees sahih hai ya zaeef daleel ke saath jawaab de reference number ke saath jazak allah.

Waalaikumus Salaam Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barkatuh...

Aap ne jis riwayat ki taraf ishara kiya hai woh in alfaaz ke saath marwi hai:
فَمَا رَأَى الْمُسْلِمُونَ حَسَنًا، فَهُوَ عِنْدَ اللهِ حَسَنٌ، وَمَا رَأَوْا سَيِّئًا فَهُوَ عِنْدَ اللهِ سَيِّئٌ​
"Musalmaan jis fe'l (kaam) ko achchaa samjhen wo Allah ke nazdeek bhi achchaa hai aur musalmaan jis fe'l ko bura jaanen wo Allah ke nazdeek bhi bura hai."
(Musnad Ahmed: 1/379, Mustadrak Haakim: 3/78, 79)

Pehli baat: Yeh riwayat marfoo'an Rasoolullah ﷺ se sabit nahi balke Ibn e Mas'ood Razi Allahu Anhu ka qaul hai, chunanche Ajalooni ne "Kashf ul Khafa" mein Hafiz Ibn e Abdul Hadi ka yeh qaul naql kiya hai:
اسناده ساقط، والأصح وقفه على ابن مسعود​
"Yani yeh riwayat saaqit ul isnaad hai aur sahih baat yeh hai ke yeh riwaayat Ibn e Mas'ood Razi Allahu Anhu tak mauqoof hai."
(Kashf ul Khafa: 2/263)

Allamah Sakhawi ne bhi "Al-Maqasid ul-Hasanah" mein is riwaayat ko mauqoof qaraar diya hai, neez Allamah Albani "Silsalat ul Ahadees Az-Zaeefah" mein likhte hain:
لا أصل له مرفوعا، وإنما ورد موقوفا على ابن مسعود​
"Yani is riwaayat ki marfoo'an koi asl nahi, balke yeh Ibn e Mas'ood par mawqoofan waarid huwi hai."
(Silsalat ul Ahadees Az-Zaeefah: 2/17)

Gharz yeh ke upar zikr ki gayi riwayat Rasoolullah ﷺ se saabit nahi, lehaza yeh un ahadees ke khilaaf hujjat nahi ban sakti jin mein sarhatan aur qat'yiyat ke saath har bid'at ko gumraahi qaraar diya gaya hai.

Doosri baat: Agar mazkoorah baala riwayat ko marfoo'an sahih farz kar liya jaaye tou sawaal yeh paida hota hai ke "Al-Muslimoon" mein "Al" kaisa hai? Agar istighraaq ke liye hai tou is ka matlab yeh huwa ke saarey musalmaan jis fe'l ko achchaa samjhen wo Allah ke nazdeek achchaa hai aur saarey musalmaan ka matlab yeh huwa ke un ka us par ijmaa' ho, tou ijmaa' ke hujjat honey mein tou koi shubah nahi magar jo ijmaa' e usooli mo'tabar hai wo yeh hai ke ek hi zamaane mein tamaam ahl e ilm ka kisi baat par ijmaa' ho jaye jab ke muqallideen ahl e ilm mein se nahi.

Aur agar "Al-Muslimoon" mein "Al" jins ke liye maane tou is ka matlab yeh huwa ke baaz musalmaan tou is fe'l ko achchaa samahjtey hon aur baaz doosrey musalmaan bura samajhte hon, jaisa ke aksar bid'aton ke barey mein musalmaano ka haal aur aisa is liye hai ke musalmano ki fikr aur un ki raaye ek doosrey se mukhtalif hai lehaza is surat mein tou yeh asar bid'at e hasanah ke liye hujjat nahi ho sakta.

Aur teesri surat yeh ho sakti hai ke "Al-Muslimoon" mein "Al" 'ahad ke liye ho aur us se musalmaano ka koi makhsoos tabqa muraad ho, aur yehi sahih bhi hai, is liye yeh baat muta'ayyan ho jaati hai ke is riwaayat mein "Al-Muslimoon" se Sahaba e Kiraam ka tabqa aur unhein ka ijmaa' muraad hai jaisa ke riwaayat ke siyaaq o sabaaq (context) se bhi is ki taayid hoti hai jo darj zail hai:
ثُمَّ نَظَرَ فِي قُلُوبِ الْعِبَادِ بَعْدَ قَلْبِ مُحَمَّد، فَوَجَدَ قُلُوبَ أَصْحَابِهِ خَيْرَ قُلُوبِ الْعِبَادِ، فَجَعَلَهُمْ وُزَرَاءَ نَبِيِّهِ، يُقَاتِلُونَ عَلَى دِينِهِ، فَمَا رَأَى الْمُسْلِمُونَ حَسَنًا، فَهُوَ عِنْدَ اللهِ حَسَنٌ، وَمَا رَأَوْا سَيِّئًا فَهُوَ عِنْدَ اللهِ سَيِّئٌ​
"Yani Muhammad ﷺ ke dil ke ba'd Allah ﷻ ne apne bando ke dilon ko dekha tou Aap ke As'haab ke dilon ko sab se behtar paaya, is liye unhien ko apne Nabi ka mu'aawin o madadgaar bana diya jo deen ke liye qitaal kartey hain, pas wo musalmaan jis cheez ko achchaa samjhen wo Allah ke nazdeek bhi achcha hai aur jise bura samjhen wo Allah ke nazdeek bhi buri hai."

Mazkoorah baala riwayat ke aakhri tukdey ko Imam Hakim ne bhi naqal kiya aur ek jumla mazeed unhone ne zikr kiya hai:
وقد رأى الصحابة جميعًا ان يستخلفوا أبا بكر​
"Yane tamaam Sahaba ne bil-ittefaaq yeh samjha ke Abu Bakr Razi Allahu Anhu ko khalifa bana diya jaye."
(Mustadrak Hakim: 3/78, 79)

Imam Hakim ke is aakhri jumle se hamare mawqif ki taayid hoti hai aur Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas'ood Razi Allahu Anhu ne Sahaba e Kiraam Razi Allahu Anhum ke ijmaa' hi se Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq Razi Allahu Anhu ke khalifa bananey par istedlaal kiya tha, neez mazkoorah mawqif ki is se mazeed wazahat ho jaati hai ke Hazrat Ibn e Mas'ood Razi Allahu Anhu un logon mein se hain jo bid'at par shadeed nakeer kartey aur ahl e bid'at se bahut door raha kartey thhey, jaisa ke baaz aqwaal wa af'aal is silsile mein maujood hain.
