(1) Ya To Haamila Aur Murzia Ko Roza Rakhne Me Apne Liye Ya Bachche Ke Liye Mashaqqat Nahi Ho Sakti Hai Aysi Surat Me Unhe Ramazaan Ka Roza Rakhna Chaahiye.
(2) Ya Fir Rozah Rakhne Me Unhe Apne Liye Ya Bachche Ke Liye Mashaqqat Mehsoos Ho Sakti He Aysi Surat Me Haamila Aur Murzia Ramazaan Ke Roze Chhorh Sakti He Aur Jab Mashaqqat Door Ho Jaae Tab Ramaazaan Ke Chhute Rozo Ki Qaza Kare Gi.
Yaad Rahe Kuch Ahle Ilm Ne Kaha He Ke Haamila Aur Murzia Ramazaan Ke Chhute Rozo Ki Qaza Nahi Karegi Balke Fidya Degi, Yah Baat Sahih Nahi He. Sahih Baat Yah He Ke Haamila Aur Murzia Agar Ramazaan Me Mashaqqat Ki Wajah Se Rozah Chhorhti He To Baad Me Un Rozo Ki Qaza Karegi. Is Baat Ko Daleel Se Samjhne Ke Liye Pehle Yah Janna Zaroori He Ke Haamila Aur Murzia Kis Hukam Me Daakhil Hai?
Ham Haamila Aur Murzia Ko Zaeeful Umar Burhi Aurat Ke Hukam Me Nahi Maan Sakte Kuy Ke Na Is Bare Me Shariat Se Koi Daleel Waarid He Aur Na Hi Mushahida Aur Tajrubah Me Woh Burhi He Ke Kabhi Bhi Rozah Nahi Rakh Sakti Balke Woh Waqti Taur Par Rozah Rakhne Se Qaasir Hai Baad Me Rozah Rakhne Ki Taaqat Rakhti Hai. Ibne Majah Ki Sahihul Asnaad Hadees Par Gaur Kar Ke Uska Hukam Jaante Hai. Nabi Kareem Sallallaahu Alyhi Wasallam Ka Farmaan He:
إن الله عزوجل وضع عن المسافر شطر الصلاة وعن المسافر والحامل والمرضع الصوم.(صحيح ابن ماجه وقال الشيخ الألباني حسن صحيح:١٦٣١)
Tarjumah:- Allah Ne Musaafir Ke Liye Aadhi Namaaz Maaf Farma Di Aur Musaafir Aur Haamila Aur Dudh Pilane Wali Ko Roze Maaf Farma Diye.
Alfaaz E Hadees Par Gaur Kare Ke Waaw E Atf Ke Zariya Nabi Sallallaahu Alyhi Wasallam Ne Musaafir, Haamila Aur Murzia Ka Hukam Bataya He Jis Se Saaf Maloom Hota He Ke Yah Dono Rozah Ke Baab Me Musaafir Ki Tarah Hai Yani Jis Tarah Musaafir Ko Haalat E Safar Me Mashaqqat Ki Wajah Se Rozah Chhorhne Ki Rukhsat Di Gai He Baad Me Un Rozo Ki Qaza Kare Gi,Thik Usi Tarah Haamila Aur Murzia Bhi Mashaqqat Ki Wajah Se Ramazaan Ke Roze Chhorh Sakti He Aur Ramazaan Ke Baad Jab Unhe Mashaqqat Se Raahat Mile Tab Un Rozo Ki Qaza Kare Gi.
Ab Musaafir Ki Rozo Ki Rukhsat Ko Quraani Aayat Ke Tanaazur Me Dekhte Hai Allah Ka Farmaan He:
فمن كان منكم مريضا اؤ على سفر فعدة من ايام اخر.(البقرة: ١٨٤)
Tarjumah:- Tum Me Se Jo Shakhas Bimaar Ho Ya Safar Me Ho To Woh Aur Dino Me Ginti Ko Pura Kar Le.
Yani Yah Bimaar Aur Musaafir Ko Rukhsat Di Gai He Ke Woh Bimaari Ya Safar Ki Wajah Se Ramazaanul Mubarak Me Jitne Roze Na Rakh Sake Ho Woh Baad Me Rakh Kar Ginti Puri Kar Le.(Tafseer Ahsanul Bayaan)
Yaha Par Allah Ne Musaafir Ko Mareez Ke Sath Zikar Kiya Kuy Ke Dono Ki Haalat Me Mashaqqat Paai Jati He Is Liye Dono Ka Hukam Barabar He Woh Yah Ke Haalat E Safar Ki Mashaqqat Se Ya Bimaari Ki Mashaqqat Se Jo Roze Chhut Jaae Unhe Baad Me (Mashaqqat Door Hone Par)Pure Kiye Jaae.
Ibne Majah Ki Mazkoorah Hadees Aur Surah Baqarah Ki Upar Zikar Ki Gai Aayat Ko Mila Kar Dekhne Se Maloom Hota He Ke Haamila Aur Murzia Musaafir Ke Hukam Me Hai Aur Musaafir Mareez Ke Hukam Me Hai Goya Haamila Aur Murzia Musaafir Aur Mareez Ke Hukam Me Hui Is Wajah Se Haamila Aur Murzia Ramazaan Ke Chhute Hue Rozo Ki Baad Me Qaza Kare Gi.
Jo Log Kehte Hai Ke Haamila Aur Murzia Ramazan Ke Chhute Hue Rozo Ka Fidya Degi Unki Baat Sahih Nahi He Uski Ek Wajah To Yah He Ke Woh Ahle Ilm Haamila Aur Murzia Ke Hukam Ki Wazaahat Nahi Karte,Dusri Wajah He Ke Haamila Aur Murzia Ko Burhi Aurat Par Qiyaas Karna Galat He Uska Zikar Pehle Kar Chuka Hu. Teesri Wajah Yah He Ke Fidya Ke Silsile Me Farmaan E Rasool Sallallaahu Alyhi Wasallam Me Koi Saraahat Nahi Milti Aur Chhothi Wajah Yah He Ke Ek Nas Ki Wazaahat Jab Dusre Nusoos Se Hoti Ho Waha Aasaar Aur Aqwaal Marjoo Qaraar Paaenge Is Wajah Se Fidya Se Mutalliq Ibne Abbas Wala Asar Marjoo Qaraar Paae Ga Nez Ali RA Se To Basaraahat Qaza Karna Manqool He.
