Fajr ki azan mein Assalaatu khairum min'an naum kehna hadees se sabit hai

Sawaal: Sheikh se sawaal kiya gaya: Pichhle kuch arsey se internet par share kiya ja raha hai ke fajr ki azan mein "assalaatu khairum min'an naum" ka izafa Umar bin Khattab Radhiallahu Anhu ke zamane mein kiya gaya, Kya yeh baat sahih hai? Kya yeh alfaz hadees mein Rasoolullah ﷺ se sabit hain?

Jawaab: Internet par mazkoorah sharing ghalat, baatil aur bohtaan hai kyun ke yeh alfaz sahih ahadees se sabit hain:
1) Sayyiduna Abu Mahzoora Radhiallahu Anhu se rivayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne unhey azan sikhayi aur us rivayat mein yeh bhi hai ke Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya subah ki pehli azan mein do baar "assalaatu khairum min'an naum" kaho.
(Sahih Ibn e Khuzaimah Hadees No.385 wa sanaduhu hasan)

Is hadees ke raawi Usman bin As-saaib sadooq hasan ul hadees hain unhein ibn e khuzaimah aur ibn e hibban dono ne siqah qarar diya hai aur jis raawi ki tawseeq siqah aur gair mutasahil muhaddis ya do mohaddiseen se sabit ho toh usey majhool ya gair ma'roof kehna galat hota hai.

Usman ke waalid As-Saaib Al Hajmi Al makki ko ibn e khuzaimah rahimahullah aur ibn e hibban rahimahullah ne siqah qarar diya hai lihaza woh bhi sadooq hasanul hadees hain aur umm e abdil malak bin abi mahzoorah ne unki mutabe'at e tammah kar rakhi hai, nez baaqi saari sanad sahih hai lehaza yeh hadees hasan lizatihi hai.

2) Sayyiduna Anas bin malik Radhiallahu Anhu ne farmaya:

من السنۃ إذا قال المؤذن في أذان الفجر حي علی الفلاح قال: الصلوٰۃ خیر من النوم، الصلوٰۃ خیر من النوم
Sunnat mein se yeh hai ke jab muazzin azan e fajr mein hayyah alal falah kahe toh assalaatu khairum min'an naum do baar kahe.
(Sunan Al Kubra Lil Baihaqi:1/423 wa isnaaduhu sahih, Sahih Ibn e Khuzaimah Hadees No.386)

Sahabi jab sunnat kahe toh yeh marfu hadees hoti hai. (Dekhiye Ikhtesaar Uloomul Hadees mutarjam urdu pg: 34 qism: 8 kutub usoolul hadees)

In dono sahih ahadees se sabit huwa ke subah ki pehli azan mein assalaatu khairum min'an naum do baar kehna Rasoolullah ﷺ se sabit hai.

Tambeeh: Subah ki do azanein hoti hain ek subah sadiq ke baad azan e fajr, doosri iqamat.
Rasoolullah ﷺ ne

بین کل أذانین
Ki hadees mein iqamat ko bhi azan kaha hai.
(Hadees ke liye dekhiye Sahih Bukhari Hadees No.624, Sahih Muslim Hadees No.838 [1940])

In dono azanon (Azan e fajr aur iqamat) mein se pehli azan mein sirf assalaatu khairum min'an naum kehna sabit hai aur doosri mein sabit nahi.

Sheikh Albani rahimahullah ko badi ajeeb galati lagi aur woh raat (sehri ya tahajjud) ki azan ko subah ki azan samajh bethey aur yeh dawah kar bethey ke azan e fajr mein assalaatu khairum min'an naum nahi padhna chahiye yeh tahajjud ki azan mein padhna chahiye. Halanke raat ki azan ko subah ki azan kehna ghalat hai. Sayyiduna Abdullah ibn e umar Radhiallahu Anhu se rivayat hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne irshad farmaya:

إن بلالاً یؤذن بلیل
Beshak bilal raat ko azan dete hain.
(Sahih Bukhari Hadees No.622-623

Baab: Al-Azan Qabl al Fajr, Sahih Muslim Hadees No.1092 [2536])

Is hadees mein tahajjud ya ramzan mein sehri ki azan ke bare mein wazahat hai ke yeh raat ki azan hai lehaza sheikh albani rahimahullah ka isey fajr ki azan qarar dena bohot badi ghalati hai aur iska bunyadi sabab hai ke unhone is hadees ka fahm salaf e saliheen se nahi liya balke yemen ke ek bohot mata'khkhir aalim se liya hai. Hafiz Ibn e Khuzaimah, Hafiz Baihaqi aur Allama Tahawi wagaira ne jo fiqh ul hadees pesh kiya hai ussey aankhein band kar ke khair ul quroon aur zaman e tadween e hadees ke baad ke mutakhkhireen ka fehem qubool kar lena hargiz sahih nahi hai aur ghaliban yahi wajah hai ke Sheikh Aminullah Peshwari Hafizahullah ne likha

وإن قول الشیخ البانی حفظہ اللہ (رحمہ اللہ) ضعیف في ھذہ المسئلۃ
Aur is masle mein Sheikh Albani Rahimahulla ka qaul za'eef hai.

Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab Radhiallahu Anhu ke baare mein jis rivayat mein aaya hai ke unhone Assalaatu Khairum Minan Naum ke baare mein farmaya ke subah ki azaan mein shaamil kar lo.
(Muatta Imam Malik: 1/72 Hadees No.151, Mishkat ul Masabih Bi Tehqeeqi Hadees No.652)

Yeh rivayat muatta mein balaaghaat se be-sanad hai aur be-sanad rivayat mardood hoti hai.

Musannaf Ibn e Abi Shaybah (1/208 Hadees No: 21159) mein ek rivayat isi mafhoom ki marwi hai jiska raavi ismael majhool hai.

Sunan Daraqutni mein hai ke sayyiduna Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ne apne muazzin se kaha jab tum fajr ki azan mein hayya alal falah kaho toh uske baad do dafa assalaatu khairum min'an naum kaho.
(Sunan Daraqutni: 1/243 Hadees No.935)

Is rivayat ki do sanadein hain:
1) Sufyan As Sawri (mudallis) an Muhammad bin Ajlan (mudallis) an Nafi wali sanad
Yeh do mudalliseen ki wajah se za'eef hai.

2) Abdullah bin Umar al Umri an Nafi.
Yeh rivayat Abdullah bin Umar al Umri an Nafi ki wajah se hasan hai. Al umri mazkoor ki nafi ke alawa tamaam raaviyon se tamaam rivayaat zaeef o mardood hai kyun ke jumhoor muhaddiseen ne unhein zaeef qarar diya.
Is hasan rivayat se sirf yeh sabit hota hai ke sayyiduna Umar Radhiallahu Anhu ne apne muazzin ko deen ka masla sikhane ke liye yeh hukm diya tha na ke azan mein koi izafa kar diya tha.
Itni si baat ko yaar logo ne afsana bana diya hai.
