Sawal :- Kya Rukhshati ke baad pahli rat aadmi ke liye maney hamal maslan condom wagairah istemal karna jayez hai ya nahi?

Main ye sawal isliye kar rha hun ki ho sakta hai Allah ke huqm se biwi ko hamal ho jaye , lekin ham apni shadi ke fauran baad itni jaldi aulad paida nahi karna chahte , baraye meharbani iski wazahat farmaye.


Jawab :- Agar khawind (Husband) aulad na chahata ho to ajal karna jayez hai aur isi tarah condom ka istemal karna bhi jayez hai , lekin isme ek shirt hai ki ajal wagairah ke liye biwi ki ijazat lena jaroori hai kyunki biwi ko bhi aulad lene ka haq hai

"Ham Rasool e Kareem ﷺ ke daur me ajal kiya karte the , Chunacha Rasool e Kareem ﷺ ko iski khabar pahunchi to aapne isse mana nahi farmaya"

Lekin ye jayez hone ke sath sath bahut shadeed qism ka makrooh amal hai , kyunki Sahih Muslim me hadees marwi hai ki 👇

"Nabi E Kareem ﷺ se ajal karne ke bare me daryaft kiya gaya to Aapne farmaya : Ye to khoofiya taur par bacche ko jinda dargor karna hai"

[Sahih Muslim Hadees Number - 1442]

Ye Hadees is baat ki jyada makrooh hone daleel hai .

Ajal ye hai ki jab biwi se jima'a kiya jaye aur jab injaal qareeb ho to aazu e tanasul bahar kheench kar injaal sharmgah se bahar kiya jaye , hamare nazdeek ye har halat me makrooh hai aur har aurat ke liye makrooh hai wo ajal par raazi ho ya nahi ho , kyunki ye nashl kashi hai

Isi liye hadees me ise "koofiya taur par baccha dargor karna kaha gaya hai" , kyunki is tarah baccha paida hone ki raah band kar di jati hai bilkul isi tarah bacche ko jinda gargor karke qatl kiya jata hai , raha masla iske haram hone ka to hamare ashaab ise haram nahi kahte .


{Ijafa} :- Jima'a (Sex) ke dauran jab aadmi ki mani (sperm) nikalne ke kareeb ho , to aadmi ka apni sharmgah (Private Part) ko biwi ki sharmgah se nikalkar bahar mani (sperm) ko gira dene ko Ajal kahte hai. Hadees ki roo se biwi ki ijazat se aisa amal karna jayez hai

fir is silsile me jitni ahadees warid hai unme jama is tarah ho sakta hai ki jin hadees me nahi hai use karahat tanjiya par mahmmool kiya jayega , aur jin hadees me ijazat di gayi hai unhe us par mahmool kiya jayega ki aisa karna haram nahi iska ye maney nahi ki yahan karahat ki nafi ki ja rhi hai.

Lihaja musalman shaksh ko aisa isi soorat me karna chahiye jab iski jarurat ho , maslan agar biwi mareez ho aur hamal bardast na kar sakti ho ya fir us par usme masaqqat hoti ho , ya fir tasallsul ke sath hamal use nukshan deta ho , aur usme kuch waqfa darkar ho to fir jayez hai.

Aur isi liye bhi ki ajal karne me nikah ka maqshad hi faut ho jata , kyunki nikah ka maqshad mein kashrat e nashl hai aur fir ajal karne me aurat ki lazzat aur takmeel bhi nahi hoti , kyunki aurat ko lazzat injaal ke baad aati hai
