Bacchcho ko Masjid mein Le Jaana Masnoon Hai

Sawaal:
Ek Masjid mein likha hua tha ki Bacchcho ko saath naa laayen, phir kisi Hadees ka Hawaala bhi tehreer tha. Kya kisi Hadees mein bacchcho ko masjid se mana kiya gaya hai? Jawaab de kar Allah se ajar payein. (Shaheedullah, Maansharah)

Jawab:
Kisi Sahih Hadees mein bacchcho ko Masjid laane se mana nahi kiya gaya, balki jis riwayat mein mumani’at hai wo sanad ke aitbaar se sakht za’eef hai.

Imam Ibn e majah Rahimahullah Ne Farmaya:

حدثنا أحمد بن يوسف السلمي قال: حدثنا مسلم بن إبراهيم قال: حدثنا الحارث بن نبهان قال: حدثنا عتبة بن يقظان، عن أبي سعيد، عن مكحول، عن واثلة بن الأسقع، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:
((جنبوا مساجدكم صبيانكم.........))

“Apni masaajid ko apne bachcho se Mehfooz rakho......”

(Sunan Ibn Majah :750)

Yeh riwayat kayi wajah se Za'eef hai:
1. Utba Bin Yaqzaan “Za'eef” hai. (At-Taqreeb: 4444).
2. Haris bin Nabhaan “Matrook” hai. (At-Taqreeb:1051).
3. Abu Saeed As-Shami “Majhool” hai. (At-Taqreeb: 8131).


Tambeeeh: Imam Tabrani Rahimahullah ne Musnad Ash-Shamiyyeen (4/307) mein wazahat ki hai ki yeh Abu Sa’eed, Abdul Quddoos Bin Habeeb hai aur wo matrook hai, dekhiye: Deewan-uz-Zoafa (2586) wagerah.

Is riwayat ka ek shahid As-Sunan Al-Kubra -lil-Baihaqi (10/103) mein hai, lakin wo bhi Ala bin Kaseer As- Shami matrook (taqreeb: 5254) ki wajah se sakht zaeef hai.

Iske opposite Sahih Ahadees se saabit hai ki har umar ke bachcho ko masjid laaya ja sakta hai.

Sayyiduna Abu Qatada Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hain: “Ek dafa hum masjid mein baithe the ki Rasoolullah ﷺ (apni nawaasi) Umama binte Abul Aas Bin Rabi’ ko uthaye hue hamare pass tashreef laaye.”

(Sahih Muslim: 543, Raqam Musalsal: 1215)

Imam Nasai Rahmatullah ne is hadees par in alfaaz mein baab qayam kiya hai:

“باب إِدْخَالِ الصِّبْيَانِ الْمَسَاجِد”
Bachcho ko masaajid mein le jaane ka bayaan.
(Sunan Nasai Hadees:712 se pehle)

Ek lambi hadees yeh hai ki Rabi’ Binte Mu’awwiz bin A’fra Razi Allahu Anhuma ne farmayaa: “Hum khud (a’shoora ka) roza rakhte aur agar Allah chahta to apne chote bachcho ko bhi roza rakhwate the aur hum (in bachcho ke saath) masjid ki taraf jaate to unke liye oon ka khilona bana lete, jab unmein se koi iftaar ke qareeb khaane ke liye rota to ham (uski tawajjo hatane ke liye) wo (khilona) use de dete.”

(Sahih Muslim: 134/1134)

Yeh hadees daleel hai ki Ahd e nabuwwat mein sahaabiyaat wa sahaaba e kiraam Razi Allahu anhum apne bachcho ko apne saath masjid le ke jaate the.

Isi tarah Sayyiduna Anas Bin Malik Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki: “Rasoolullah ﷺ maa ke saath (aaye hue) bachche ka rona sunte, jabki aap namaaz mein hote to halki soorat, yaani use mukhtasar kar lete (phir koi) chhoti soorat padhte the.”

(Sahih Muslim: 191/470)

Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaaya: “Apne bachcho ko namaaz padhne ka hukm do jab wo saat saal ke ho jayein aur jab wo dus saal ke hon to unhein namaaz chorne par maro aur unke bistar juda kar do.”

(Sunan Abu Dawood: 494, Sunan Tirmizi: 407 Wasanaduhu Sahih)

Upar maujood tahqeeq se Ma'loom hota hai ke jis riwayat me Bachchon ko Masajid me Le jaane ki mumani'at hai wo sanad ke aitebaar se sakht Za'eef hai aur deegar Sahih Ahadees se saabit hai ki bachcho ko masjid mein apne saath le kar jaana masnoon hai taaki unki tarbiyat ho aur unhein namaz ki ahmiyat ma'loom ho sake.
